If your BTC came from illegal sources, you will have issues getting it back.
If the team have the evidence, they have to produce the evidence rather than holding the coins. Of course it may requires some kind of verification, but in the case of finding something unusual, I think Primedice is not going to keep the coins for itself, but giving them back to the person who made the deposit.

3 days left: ~img Bull Run Challenge! Ends: 09/04/18 @ Midday (12pm) GMTAs we start to see what could potentially be the bottom of the current bitcoin price fall, its time to start getting bullish on the future! If all goes well we should see this consolidation period last for a little while, and then BOOM! To the moon we go. To kick things off, this weeks challenge is called the Bull Run challenge. What you must do to achieve the glory, is get a 5 bet streak of bets going higher and higher each roll, win or lose. All people who achieve the challenge in the next 7 days, will get a share in the prize pool! There is no limit to the amount of winners, and the more people who get involved the higher the prize pool! So if you get more people involved, then you win more! Requirement:5 consecutively higher rolls in a row. i.e. Roll sequence: 10.23, 18.01, 54.99, 60.37, 99.99 Must be from lowest to highest. Need screenshot of bet log and linked bets in submission. Minimum bet is 100 satoshi 1 valid entry per person Bets must have been made after the commencement of this promotion 10+ forum post count (on the official Primedice Forum) Prize Pool(s)Minimum prize pool: 0.01 BTC If over 20 participants: 0.03 BTC If over 30 participants: 0.05 BTC If over 40 participants: 0.08 BTC How to Enterhttps://forum.primedice.com/topic/31337-🏆-008-btc-bull-run-challenge/I already successfully completed this one. It was pretty easy, compared to 22.22 hunting in which I didn't succeed, or maybe I was just lucky this time. I don't know why this 22.22 was so hard for me to hit because recently, during another PD giveaway I hit the desired 77.77 pretty quickly. Anyway, it's nice that PD continues to run these different giveaways while being such a popular dice site that one might think they don't need any promotion at all. Completed and posted in there as well just wondering this. If 150 person completed this before the timer runs out does this mean 150 people will share the 0.08 btc prize pool? It will be around 50k satoshi isnt it? Well it is a small prize but atleast the minimum wager is small enough so basically it is EV+ although it is not much I doubt there will be 150 valid entries, it's more like 100 or a bit more, but even 50k satoshis is a good prize imo. Also, what is good is that they run giveaways more frequently than before these days, (or at list it looks like that to me). The "Bull Run Challenge!" giveaway is the 11th of a similar kind since January 1st. Congrats on completing this one, btw.

Yes, it is normal to recover what you bet with the challenge itself, and get the plus of the prize, even when sometimes the prize is small because of the people playing. This is what I like the most of Primedice challenges: basically you participate KNOWING that you are going to earn more than what you bet.

This is what I like the most of Primedice challenges: basically you participate KNOWING that you are going to earn more than what you bet. Its always not true that you will have to bet less than the amount you are going to win in the prize more than what you lose in bets. I've personally had experience where my losses have been much much more than I could ever recover if I ever win the challenge. The house is still in overall +ve when it distributes the prizes to winners.

Im sure that if people keep betting with that low multiplier everyone will be EV+ that means the house is EV- for this event. Overall they are still making profit of course because we are talking about primedice and they are making bitcoin from those losing gambler even now as we speak of it but in this event it is different.

Primedice 5 has been officially launched! This update is mainly an update to our back-end, Primedice 4 was running off restrictive legacy code from a couple years ago. It's been challenging to add features like multi-currencies & multiplayer with our old system so we've completely replaced it with something which will scale and let us quickly integrate new features. The design has been touched up a bit and everything should be a bit more responsive & quicker. We're aware there are small bugs floating around, let us know and we'll patch them as quickly as possible. We weren't able to migrate old seeds so we recommend setting a custom seed, I apologize for a lack of notice regarding this but we wanted to get the website up today. If the website looks funny we recommend clearing cache and hard reloading. Happy rolling! Changelog: -Message center added -New chat badges -Segwit added -0 confirmation deposits -Updated livestats -Cutting edge back-end/API -Multi-currency ready -Foundation set for multiplayer/PVP

I am not talking of the overall profit that gets generated due to the normal betting that goes on that does not aim to win the giveaway, but also the bets that are made for the give everyone is not in +EV, many (and more than those in +EV are in -EV). Hence, it is not even a direct giveaway as house isnt giving away anything from its own share, but is redistributing the lost money of players

When I visit the primedice, I see a error message "You have no permission to do this." Chat doesn't work, on the center inscription "loading..." and refreshing page (F5 or Crtl+F5) does not help me. I can show screenshot if needed.
Some maintenance again or it's only my problem?

They could choose not to give anything but they do give something back, atleast it is something decent that they choose to give back Also Congratulations primedice on launching its PD5

With using of higher winning chance and 100 as minimal bet is just too easy. I do not understand that anyway but yet this kind of event is pretty easy to complete

Think I did something stupid or my timing was really bad. I sent a deposit right before the site went down and thought I wrote down the right account name and password but the deposit address is different and nothing is in my account. Can you verify if the addresses where changed due to the upgrade so I can eliminate one aspect of figuring out where I sent my funds too? Much appreciated if anyone can answer that aspect for me. This is my transaction as well if that helps any: https://blockchain.info/address/1LKYTDfdoXsYhWZUkp3JGfr6SxzXhiDb1S========================================================================== Update: Not really getting any clear answers from support, they are unable to tell me anything and just tell me to be patient. Asked some straight forward questions and get the same reply. They must be overrun with the system or have lost my transaction.
