I still didn't understand why one needs to prove their ownership when they already set up their email ID in their account?
Unless if they didn't set up email id and ask for support help then they can ask these questions but OP mentioned that he had set up email in his account but still went through this process of proving his ownership.
I had my two factor authentication enabled and still i was not able to prove my account the first time around as they promised to follow up with the details in my mail ID and i did not get any mail from them and after a couple of days i had to contact them again and verify the details once again, i was not active in the site for a while and so it was hard to find my old transaction details and IP address i was using a year back , but luckily i found them from my old hard disk, if not for those transactions and logs i do not think i would have got my account back. If you enabled your 2fa then no need to lock your account right? Because they know that it is not so easy to hack 2fa enabled accounts. But anyway they also got a valid reason for the security of user accounts so they may be doing all this hard work. Because it also adds more workload on their support team to help each and every user whos accounts are locked.

For all the people quoting me, I've was able to recover my account with the assistance of Primedice support.
Good one For all the people quoting me, I've was able to recover my account with the assistance of Primedice support.
Accounts weren't locked because you were trying with incorrect passwords. I hink they have locked all the accounts so that you can prove that you are the real owners of the account by providing some proofs. Idk why are they doing it.As far as I'm aware accounts are only temporarily locked after too many incorrect password attempts. Have you tried logging in after waiting a bit? PM me your username
But why Stunna said that accounts are temporarily locked for too many incorrect password attempts? What kind of proofs you're talking about? Because RGBKey never mentioned anything about he provided any proofs to get back his account. Also, you said that all accounts are locked but my account is not locked yet. Mine neither, another possibility is to try to log-in from other country's IP.

Even if 2FA is enabled the accounts can still get locked due to repeated failed login attempts. Lately if you go to the Cryptopia thread many are getting their accounts temp locked due to too many hackers trying to login. And we all use 2FA on that site. Basically if you keep any large BTC you should have a unique email, unique username and unique password to avoid this from causing annoyances.

Some sites do automatically locked out when you do already submitted failed attempts in logged in details but some sites doesnt have this feature thats why 2fa is always been suggested. This is why im scared to store up large sums of bitcoin either on a gambling site or into an exchangers.Be always responsible when it comes to account security because i have experienced too on having an email prompt of attempted logged in into some of my accounts (mixed) which mostly resides on russia and korea.

I think 2FA is the best security ever nowadays but I still prefer to put an extra layer for security which is email pretected so it will help users to have more secure account Although it is just a small number of btc must need to have this security too to protect everything inside

I did have to provide proof I was the owner of the account to get back in. I had a recovery email set though.
Then something not correct here. Did I miss anything to understand this issue? What kind of documents do they ask to prove your ownership? Why do they need you to prove your the owner of the account and when you already set a recovery email? It is very simply you request for a password reset and recover back your account from your email. Basically these questions are asked while recovering accounts or unlocking them : What is the username you want to recover? What country did you most recently log into your Primedice account from? What state/region did you most recently log into your Primedice account from? What ISP (Internet Service Provider) did you most recently log into your Primedice account from? What is your current public IP address? (you can find this on Google Search engine) What is your deposit address? What email is connected to this account? What email is connected to this account? Have you sent or received any tips from other account, and if so, please, tell us the usernames? Have you referred any players to our site and do you have affiliate commission on your account; if you have - let us know what amount you got so far from the commission? Apart from this a signed message from your address which you used to deposit will also act as a very solid proof. Thanks for the details. I still didn't understand why one needs to prove their ownership when they already set up their email ID in their account? Unless if they didn't set up email id and ask for support help then they can ask these questions but OP mentioned that he had set up email in his account but still went through this process of proving his ownership. because your email could have been hacked or you could have lost access to it it is better to make sure the person who is asking to get the account back is the original owner I was logged in on my main so didn't have to provide any details, but had to do so for my bank it took some time, yes, was nothing too exciting of course, since you had to answer questions but I got access back pretty fast and kudos for the support team for not making it more complicated than neccessary

They already have an API you can freely use. Many are already using it with their 3rd party autobots. However be careful with your API keys because if you leak those keys then someone can make unauthorized withdraw from your account.

Still no money from these guys, it smells bad! I take a risk and win big! I put almost 26.5 BTC and my win is 34 BTC. but PD not giving money almost a month! are they bankrupt? almost 1 month passed... Hey what is going on with PD! I've done my withdraw almost 3 weeks ago, still no transfer to my wallet and no any news when they are going to transfer my money . At first PD support said that I need to pass for manual review, then Edward contact me for KYC, i've provided every single document and pictures he asked for. That was 10 days ago, and still no one can provide me with information where is my money. I've also emailed Stunna 3 times, but i do not have a reply. I'm very stressed and worried about my funds, and there is actualy big amount waiting for withdrawal. my nickname on PD MonsterAss
In your two posts, you didn't provide any proofs for your claims. How to believe what your saying is correct? If you post with a new account without any proof then no one will take it seriously so if you really need a help then you should post proofs of your claims. here the proof https://i.imgur.com/HqUIxld.jpgalso you can check MonsterAss username stats I think they may be experiencing some technical difficulties out there, PD support system was never the quickest but was efficient, it's strange in your case that KYC is done and no one responded back. Just few questions are you sure that you did not reset your password, or signed in from a different IP address or have multiple accounts, if none of them are applicable to you then just be patient I'm sure it'll work out, after all PD are a old guard don't see them going out of business so soon. Send a fresh ticket to see if there's been any progress. Issues involving large sums of money should be a priority in handling a case. Primedice should continue to contact the concerned person if they can not immediately find a solution to the problem. Proceed with KYC within a week , still no money, and no one told me exact date for issuing withdraw, PD ignoring me on all communication channels, looks very bad... I can't understand reasons for delaying my payment except, if they simply do not want to pay me my 34 BTC... This is not the reason. 34BTC is pocket change to Primedice. The issue is the large amounts of BTC you deposited. Every Bitcoin service and exchange needs to do due diligence over funds from a certain value. Even exchanges like Gemini or Coinbase will halt the deposits until they verify if the funds were legally claimed. There was much BTC stolen in the past and many hackers are trying to mix that money so they can legally withdraw it. I passed very deep KYC and do not see any logic or reason to use PD for laundering and mixing, also why no one from PD is involving in this discussion? PrimeDice is a source of inspiration. I wonder why they dont respond to this issue Sorry for the inconvenience, I have forwarded this issue to Support, as they are not that active here. Hopefully it will be settled soon. can anyone from PD contact me and answer what going on with my withdrawal?! still silence from PD side..

Where were those funds originally sent from? Maybe post a trans ID I think the reason why they haven't replied is because many those BTC come from a trainted trail or some stolen BTC. There was a similiar situation with the $30 million tether hack last year. Somebody bought $10 million tether off the market which ended up being locked up. If your BTC came from illegal sources, you will have issues getting it back.

I think the reason why they haven't replied is because many those BTC come from a trainted trail or some stolen BTC.
Either way they have to respond to the user and state clearly what is the delay rather than playing the judge. It will be a good thing to post his transaction ID which will give more clarity to the situation. There was a similiar situation with the $30 million tether hack last year. Somebody bought $10 million tether off the market which ended up being locked up.
I am not sure how you are able to purchase millions of coins off the market, either way it was a foolish decision and an unfortunate one. If your BTC came from illegal sources, you will have issues getting it back.
If the team have the evidence, they have to produce the evidence rather than holding the coins.

I don't know why this 22.22 was so hard for me to hit because recently, during another PD giveaway I hit the desired 77.77 pretty quickly. Anyway, it's nice that PD continues to run these different giveaways while being such a popular dice site that one might think they don't need any promotion at all.

It was pretty easy, compared to 22.22 hunting in which I didn't succeed, or maybe I was just lucky this time. I don't know why this 22.22 was so hard for me to hit because recently, during another PD giveaway I hit the desired 77.77 pretty quickly. Anyway, it's nice that PD continues to run these different giveaways while being such a popular dice site that one might think they don't need any promotion at all. Completed and posted in there as well just wondering this. If 150 person completed this before the timer runs out does this mean 150 people will share the 0.08 btc prize pool? It will be around 50k satoshi isnt it? Well it is a small prize but atleast the minimum wager is small enough so basically it is EV+ although it is not much
