Hey everyone, thanks for sharing feedback regarding the new version. We read every single bit of feedback here and are trying to improve our product every day. Please drop suggestions below and also let us know which altcoins you want to see on primedice for our first update.

Thanks for the new version and i would like to see doge coin being added, so that it will be fun to roll once again rather than worrying about the price of bitcoin.  Litecoin will be an added bonus and if you can add those coins then you will be having a bigger audience in my opinion, my top pick alt coins are Bitcoin cash, ETH, Doge coin and Lite coin.

What I'm sure about this is ETH is gonna be supported as confirmed by the official Facebook page of Primedice here.

Why is website loading stuck? I just keep on seeing the primedice logo getting scrambled and rearranged again and again and nothing is happening.

The last time I visited the site I got surprised with the new design. But then I found something strange. Whenever I clicked the my bets tab, it give me a blank page. I asked on chat and no one answer it.

I'm having some problems with Opera/Chrome too (working on FIrefox). I know the guys are working to solve it know.

also the new version is 10 satoshi  faucet - the worst bug ever 
well it is only expected after an update,but I hoped it would have been sorted faster,since it seems I'm not alone with this problem

I also experienced your problems, I'm using Chrome, what I did since clearing the cache and cookies doesn't fix the problem is clear the entire data of my browser (which is my least option) and everything is alright now as to design, missing buttons and forms, funny GUI, blank page

Getting the same issue as well. So do you delete everything Including saved password and such as well? that will be a huge mess for me , afterall Im tired of first time loading for some sites that I casually access if I delete everything in my browser. It is funny how this thing happens after the update to PD5

I did it a few times over and over,literaly 3-4 times,restarting everytime
then I rebooted my PC,after that the bug disappeared

Seriously, why would we do it several times? If you clear the cache and cookies once, there wont be anything left for that and how do you do it multiple times? Well, that is my problem in Chrome/Opera, but in Firefox it is working.
Side note, in Firefox using the extension "Cookie Autodelete" you can delete the cookies of the current domain only (but be careful, by default after installation, it deletes everything automatically)

My guess is you got some Driver problem or maybe low on ram.

Chrome works perfectly for me and same with Mozilla Firefox.

If you are also mining Ethereum or ZCash on the same rig, then you are most likely running out of resources which can cause this.

Don't think it's an issue with the website.

Are you sure you didn't busted your balance, as I can see, the Support told you that, "..money back that lost in betting". It seems you busted your balance. Do note that they can calculate your previous wagers and compare it with your deposit.

Just be cool.
Support will solve the problem, not "the admin", and it is the same to talk to any of them. Just describe the problem step by step to make it easier to solve.
Also, if you try to talk about your deposits/addresses on the public chat, a mod will block you to protect your personal data.

I got this message when clicked my bets tab "Sorry, there was an error loading stats...

The error has been reported to our team and will be fixed as soon as possible!"

And the chat doesn't scroll automatically, I have to scroll it by myself.
The roll button works as expected btw.

I play on my laptop under Linux and I have no issues with the new version of PD recently: bets are not lagging, chat is scrolling automatically, I can view my stats and stats of other players either in the chat or in the High Rollers.

I'm on windows, my browser is Chrome, during the launch, I experienced every problems others are experiencing, the only solution I used (and until now, I never encountered any problem) is to clear the entire data of my browser (not recommended, but it's the only thing that made PD okay on my browser).

Did you also experienced those problems before? What solution did you use to overcome?

Now I'm trying to roll the bingo numbers for the new Bingo Challenge, succeeded only in one so far.
