Yes that's right, and it is called Pre rolling (Skipping nonces) in gambling terms.

Most used as you did when you want to skip some rolls.

skipping nonces and pre rolling are two completely different things. Skipping nonces is a form of casinos cheating, pre rolling is rolling 0's before betting with your strategy.

I believe there were many PD users do this "pre-rolling" with 0 satoshi bet. It is just a part of strategy, obviously there is no guarantee that the outcome after pre-rolling will be correct/win. Just like other strategies where there is no guarantee to win. I did the same thing long time ago when I was hunting for big payout, indeed sometime it works (when we are lucky) but many time it does not work like what is expected.

Yes its great news. Honestly in my opinion I am surprised that a service such as this wasn't introduced in the past  to deal with bitcoin services which are not exchanges.

In my opinion its alot of work for a bitcoin casino to add a new coin. Basically its a lot of programming work and certain coins like ETH require an extensive amount of space due to their oversized blockchain. And with every new altcoin listed it will become more and more complicated.

This way the casino only needs BTC listed and they use a 3rd party service to do the conversion and the 3rd party service can get a small fee.

Hope to see this launch very soon.

Many coins have similar blockchain. If programmers can make working deposit and withdrawal system for one coin they can for similar too. It's proven on many other sites.

it was easily integrated before, do not see them on any gambling site at all
but most of the top sites introduced their own exchanges
it is very good for business- helps to retain customers so they do not withdraw to exchange somewhere else
and it is profitable too, since the exchange rates are way lower than at a dedicated exchange, sometimes up to 4-5% margin

I know many of them did but I just do not understand what it has to do with their outcome. It has zero payout of course and it still waste your time when doing it. Everything was talking about provably fair and lucky number. So i can those gamble have set be with "Pre-Roll" which mean nothing for me. but that's was their right to how to play a strategy. If you have feel with Pre-roll, keep doing that to make you feel satisfied with turn number.

I am pretty sure no gambling site ever posts their source code publicly since it would be very prone to hacking and theft.

The way the betting is done is provably fair using hashing and different seeds. Basically its completely random and since you can change your client seed, its impossible for them to cheat you.
