We plan to list VOT on more exchanges. This is work in progress.

Nice price movement, but I think it's only beginning Wink 1$ per VOT - first big step.

I believe that in future all elections will be based on your platform

So you're saying in the future people can win elections simply by buying more VOT, and buying an election? Not very democratic is it?

Don't get me wrong. I like the idea of a democratic coin that can enable votes, but I still don't see how votecoin enables a process like this. If someone wants to educate me on this I'm all ears Smiley.
+1

$1 per VOTE is not unreasonable. That is only 1/3 of BTCP marketcap that is full of controversy BIP9 theft and shady team.

Great work DEV!

VOTE-OS coming out on Portable USB with VOTECOIN wallet built in along with Irone browser?

I really think this coin has huge potential. The core idea is something fundamental and the decentralized ledger as a use case for voting platforms is ingenious. I also really like the wallet. Voting and betting out of the wallet is super cool! I really hope the coin gets listed on more exchanges. Heck, it could even be used on exchanges for votes Smiley

Great news, the coin started to grow!
Sports betting and voting is a great reason to grow up!
We are waiting for the cost of one coin of 1-5 dollars this year.
Now it is necessary that the coin would be sold on other exchanges, larger, then it will be of interest to more people.

Team good fellows!

VoteCoin is a decentralized anonymous platform for elections and other voting purposes, based on Zerocoin protocol. It can simplify public polls, surveys and crowd funding campaigns and create their process more flexible and easily trackable. This new digital currency can strengthen democracy and help people to reach their goals. VoteCoin offers a high standard of privacy and preserves the confidentiality of transactions through sophisticated zero-knowledge proving scheme. VoteCoin source code is based on the peer reviewed Zcash sources.

They may be burned or may be distributed for miners as well, but from the start rules were written - coins will be distributed for participants. Actually miners also have a chance to invest, doesn't they? I'm personally invest some funds, because I believe it this project and wish it success.

Just spent 18 hours with 1560ksol rig at miningspeed and only got 60 VOT including unconfirmed. Just how bad is this mining pool business become? I'm used to seeing 40% hidden fees but this is a lot worse. Calcs say I should have mined around 250 VOT. Hidden fees at pools are teaching crazy high levels.

I wish we could get in suprnova yes they have tons of miners but they also don't screw the miners they have 1% typical fee advertised and 10-15% actual fees they take which is much better than some other pools at 40%+

When would the listing on binance be finalized? And what's the teams plan on getting the project to be used in a real voting process and how does the team hope to make the best use of the betting platform in the forthcoming world cup?

It is not very credible that some big organization or even state would adopt this coin for their elections or voting. If they'd ever decide to go that way they would probably design their own platform.

Hi guys,

I bought some VOT yesterday and sent it to my wallet after it synched. Worked pretty nice. When opening my wallet today it says "Votecoin wallet ist starting, please wait" with 0 connections and the status "Activating best chain..." for several hours. How to resolve?

Giving all miners an update on miningsoeed. Their hidden fees are approaching 40% now. In 24 hours according to calculators I was supposed to mine around 190 VOT but I only received 115 VOT. Here is the link to my miner:
