We have more than 50 restaurants where we made testing sales and who respond they want it next day. We also have professional sale team who focused on sales regular POS systems who checked our solution on market. They also confirmed we can do 1-3 sales daily

Ok, they are much more decentralized but what merit do they get from being decentralized? I mean, they still need to pay taxes etc.

Yes the idea is very nice, not so much competition in this market for crypto project, and I think there is a lot to do with crypto in restaurant market. I also think that New York is a very good target for the project, it’s a city with a lot of moving things and open people, a nice place to start disruptive business.
