The main reason why they are offering and ICO are for funding the project. Eventually, if they have enough resources with the funds that they got, they should be able to expand the platform and focus on getting more clients so that the token will have value. Otherwise, this will be the same as other so-called projects that only make the ICO as a business.

Being a publisher is somewhat helpful for both the publisher and the site. Because the publisher is earning just putting ad codes or advertisement to his/her blog, site. Also, the site and the advertiser customer will gain traffic and impression from the publisher's site. Its like give and take. So AB chain has an awesome platform. Soon SEO's and bloggers will recognize this site.

Publisher is the one who own website, I think you meant that is helpful for both the publisher and AB-CHAIN/advertiser. Actually most Publishers prefer Adsense over others ad network, but because of google policy and suspending account, lots of websites over the world are looking for good alternatives and AB-CHAIN could be that one.
