When the price is going down that time is the suitable for buying Bitcoin. if you have a better knowledge about the market then you can predict for the trend. so it is better to be watchful and patient for a low rate of Bitcoin. so it keep watching and keep calm and attach to Bitcoin.

That's a better idea to have and since the price changes in an unexpected situations, I agree that nobody can predict the actual outcome when it comes to fluctuations. If you have noticed lately it's still good to buy and invest bitcoin for now while the price of today is merely rising so far.

The right time to buy Bitcoin is now. It will always be the right time especially while the price is under 10k. If you can get your hands on 1 BTC now you will be a happy person in 10 years.

1 BTC is too low of an amount, do not get me wrong if that was the minimum amount needed I will be very happy since that goal is not so far away but I think that if you do not want to depend on the price of bitcoin skyrocketing, then you need to accumulate a lot more coins, besides 10 years is a lot of time to earn more bitcoin than that.

I think the right time to buy bitcoin is now. Bitcoin won't hit the floor as you expect it to be, especially now that every time that the price of bitcoin is going down, investors are just rushing to buy some more, causing the price to hit back up again. So I think the right time to invest or buy bitcoin is now. Now, about altcoins, be careful in buying altcoins, sometimes when their trend goes down, it ends up with a dump, you'll end up with a loss.

I think it will be having a good decrease this month since there are some talks about having another fork. Good dump not because it is so low that you can buy a lot buy it is a good dump because it is just an opportunity to have other people get some investments or some couple of bought bitcoins. I think buying in the last month of this year is not good since bitcoin tends to have a high price at that part of the year.

Just wait for FUD and get ready to buy some cheaper coins because of the possible dump. Bitcoins and altcoins are cheaper that time and also during hard fork I think coins are also cheap but if you are a day trader you need to study the flow of price in the market. In my case, I am not too conscious about the price I just save, save and save more coins. Once my target price is hit then that is the time to sell most especially if it is an altcoin. For now I totally have no coins in my wallet because I had it converted to fiat due to an emergency but what I did before was I only  hold Bitcoins and used it to buy altcoins when cheap and when altcoin price goes up in one or two months I had to convert it to Bitcoin and vise versa.
