Actually, the best period to purchase Bitcoin is when the price becomes low. But can anyone actually be sure what will happen within the next few days based on its Volatility that might not be very intact to predict. Owing to this, your own intuition should be  your guide. There is difference less than 10k but still this is worse time to purchase it because there is very high range..
