I see that the project attracted many investors. On pre-sale collected $ 4 million this is a pretty good amount of money. A week later, the main sale will begin and I think that I am investing in the project some part of the money. I will follow you closely

Anyway, this looks like a project with tons of potential, my only concern was regarding a section on their whitepaper were they mention that: “Moreover, exchanging and spending Merchant Tokens and performing transactions from your smartphone wallet creates a variety of valuable data. This data can be bundled and sold to merchants and brands, ...”
As much as I understand the benefit this gives to vendors and a lot of what we do is already being tracked probably, I am not a fan of my transaction data being sold to merchants and brands since one thing I appreciate from crypto-currency is the privacy it offers.

I do value that they have been honest by disclosing that info, but will there be an option for the consumer to opt out of this?

i guess the customers will be able to share their private data with the merchants and brands and get tokens as a compensations. something like the datum project does.

I'm not 100% sure but when it says 'data CAN be bundled and sold' I would say it's not a must and up to the user if he wants his data be revealed or not.
