Would you be interested in a cryptocurrency with its own blockchain that can easily be mined on both android and iOS phones?
Samsung produces motherboard used for mining bitcoins, they launches chips for mining inorder to make it more comfortable for its users and can mine anywhere.

I don't think that it worth it. If it does not bring a good profit, it makes little sense - especially, taking into account depreciation expenses. A constantly-loaded processor and a warming battery will not last much longer than in normal operation, leading to the full smartphone damage.

I'm not interested at all to mine on Mobile. I also do not like to mine and this lets alone mine on the phone that can directly cause damage to my phone. I will not do that, if I do it I am sure I will incur losses.

Mining with smartphone cannot give a good amount of hash rate. with pc alone, you must have a good CPU or VGA to produce good hash rate.
but if in the future phone companies produce a high spec Processor in the phone, maybe it will worth to try.

I think mining with a mobile phone is not much different than digging a well with a needle. The reason is that our mobile phones have a very low power of mining, and we will suffer from the profit margins.

It is why I have programmed a system where you can earn with your mobile phone mining just 1 minute or so (you need juste to mine 256 hashes daily)
Why sacramento (lol) does people not understand this?

Ok...mobile phone have not been made for mining...
But my mining system has been made for mobile phones.

Many people write here just to write something...
Please if you do so...at least write the truth.

If you write that mobile phones are not made for mining...precise: except by winspiral for few minutes daily.

I think is not possible doing mining through phone and its very interesting,,and i hope that phones can handle mining but I think they would need to fix the power of consumption because it will eat up a lot of energy to the phone.. I am impressed lets see how this play out

If we take mining on a mobile phone just for fun "everybody mining, but I don't have enough money for a farm, but I want mine", 1 minute or about this, don't give satisfying profit, but it will affect on battery energy consumption. So it will be good as mining for mining, and it won't be good as mining for profit. And I won't believe in words that it would fully replace whole farm, even home farm.

people in generaly do not use a pencil to write a book...but they use a pencil if it is more intereting to use a pencil than write machines.
So it is about mining with a phone...
Why use big machines or such things if you can earn mining 1 or 2 minutes every where with your phone...you will not do it with big machines every where.

It could be expensive nor not worth it do since you need a lot for smartphones to perform the performance of what gpu can doin terms of mining.

Electroneum has a "mobile mining experience" but you do get real coins based on the processing power available on your mobile. It checks what you have, but then doesnt actually use said power. It just makes the measurement, which takes as much resources as loading an wiki page.

Ger ready to explain to your friends that this is not mining LOL

i think mining should not be done on mobile, i will not prefer to buy that coin.
mining in mobile will create a lot heat on mobile and it may damage the battery as well. so it is not useful for the mobile.
it will neither help to the investor nor to the ico team.

I don't think mining on a mobile phone will be used on a large scale, and no powerful projects will be approved by the public, and the mobile phone doesn't have that powerful computing power.

I do not believe that this is possible, otherwise everyone would have been mining and had 5 Mobile phones.

It's really a good idea to mine coins using smartphones like android or IOS phones, but the downside of this is mining uses CPU or GPU processing power wherein mobile phones will become 100% workload on its usage so the battery or lifespan of phone will become small. I think mining using system unit or mining rig is always a very good choice, whereas it will allow you to maximize the raw power to produce decent amount of coins.
