In telegram they told, that if they did not reach 10mln they will send all deposits back. So it is a SoftCap

who told  you, please be specific. Is he/she a developer or member of the team. I'm starting to be confuse right now. *smh

How much can you argue?
Open the white paper and read in ICO scheme:
"The minimum goal - $1.000.000
Maximum goal - $30.000.000"

Enough of these. Soft cap already collected and all!

It is written there, black and white, that the minimum goal is ONE million USD.
