ICO is not legal, but ICO cannot be regulated now. But it is not necessarily a scam. There are still a small number of ICOs that can make investors make money, but only a small part.

ICO has good projects but there are also many scams, and the law is not explicitly prohibited, so ICO is not illegal. When we invest in cryptocurrencies, we need to be very cautious, avoiding scams and losing our money.

some say that many ICOs are fraudulent so I can judge that it is true or not that it is risky to invest our money in the ICO. I prefer you that before you invest your money in a different ICO we must have more knowledge and experience about ICOs

Hi Guys,

Im pretty keen to understand more about ICOs and intend to invest in some.
ANY recommended ICOs and any advise how you guys determine whether is it a legit or Scam?

Thanks in advance.

I will say, it's better to stay away from ICO investment. Most ICO scam happened on 2018. Now a days very difficult to find a legit ICO. Due to down trend of crypto market ICO project can't reach soft cap, this is one of the important reasone of scam. Other reason is failed to build a strong community.
If you much interested to invest on ICO than care about team , whitepaper, roadmap , concept & use of token. Search on google about their project, may be you will get some idea & perhaps you can save your hard work money.

Mostly of the ICO`s square measure designed to earn cash and there's a high risk that it's solely a scam, invariably scan there written report and what there road maps square measure and conjointly check the team behind. with this you'll be able to forestall from being scammed.

Most ICOs are legit now but we know for ourselves that the current market price is still not very good. Therefore many projects extend the ICO. So that ICO revenue for a project is good.

It depends mostly on the project, it is very general question, especially in this situation when there are so many scams, and so many fakes. Besides there are also good projects which are not managed well so they fail, but they are not scams at the initial stage. So we cannot say in general, it depends. I am looking for rates at www.icoguide.com their rating system is good and it helps me to make decision.

As far as I know, ICO is illegal in many countries, but it does not violate any laws, because the current law is still vacant for the cryptocurrency sector. Therefore, ICO has a lot of scams and there is no law to sanction these scammers. But there are also real and valuable projects in the ICO. If you are willing to spend some time, you can definitely find these good projects.

Its very difficult to find a good ICO, hard to determine whether Legit or scam. So the best thing to do is make a own lot of research to prevent an ICO scam. Reading their whitepaper, road map, and its development team.

To pick a good ICO study the white paper thoroughly. Also check out the use cases, whether the project already has a product. Another point is to check the credibility of the team and their past experience. Check on token matrix as well.

Well,in every twelve there is a Judas so even as we have legitimate ico projects that operate under rules and regulations that have the interest of their investors at heart there are also bad projects with a bunch of greedy people that sometimes appear in the scene and try to steal money from people under the cover of ICO but if you are very discerning, you can identify such projects and avoid them. They are not organized, fake team members etc that will help one to avoid them.

No no,... All rating sites is not a good choice for us. We are risking our money in investing to crypto currency coins. Dont just look for the rates made by the other. You should do this for the sake of your money. Rating sites has no credibility or accurate in pointing the  best to low kind of ICO. Even an underrated can get a hard cap and overrated cant get even soft cap

I think most icos are scams. Usually we need to know more about ico projects, we must study and read relevant materials carefully, so be careful before investing.

Mostly ICO’S comes by scammers to collect some money quickly & after that they disappear, that ICO’S are scam peoples losses there money & time on that kind of ICO’S.
But we can’t say that all ICO’S are scams, if you study carefully about the project then you can find a legit ICO. So before participating must study the project & if it satisfied you then participate in that ICO.

There are risks when investing in ICO projects and also as an opportunity to invest in ICO projects. It can be said, the electronic money market is a potential investment trend and just developed not long ago. If you define long-term investment and investment in this potential market, do research and make your own judgment on any ICO project. Personally, I recently noticed a good and potential ICO project that was Airchain.
