Instead of investing in ICO, it is better to buy tokens of projects that you are interested in on the exchange, so you can immediately weed out some of the scams and also will not buy these tokens on the ICO at an inflated price.

Still depend on the ICO. Many ICOs are already introduced these days but many of them are scam and now, almost few ICOs are legit. For you to prevent scam, have a research first regarding the ICO you are planning to participate with.

Indeed. I just saw a few ico is legal at this point. a few drops of airdrop. and the rest are complex, fake and scam ideas. In this sensitive situation, it is better to spend more time studying ico if you still expect a reversal trend at the end of the year.

Hi Guys,

Im pretty keen to understand more about ICOs and intend to invest in some.
ANY recommended ICOs and any advise how you guys determine whether is it a legit or Scam?

Thanks in advance.

There some legit, and some are scam ICO's. I think 70% are scam and 30% are legit this past months. Many ICO now gets failed to collect their funds, also the plaltform of the ICO is not so good that's why the ICO gets failed. Meaning it will be a scam project. I experienced a lot of project now that is scam. Better now to be wise on choosing ICO's

The ICO is valid and also a scam, both are in crypto. The decline in market prices makes the scale of the ICO scam to increase. It is not about the intentions of those who deliberately make a scam, but because of their failure to achieve the targeted goals. To be able to avoid a scam ICO, you can at least choose an ICO whose sales have reached softcap.

Choosing at this time gets harder and harder, even we get to study it one by one and assured what we think we needed to, some projects now were too good to be true, but there are still many legit ICO we just need to find it and help it get successful.

Well to be honest with you 9-% of the ICO's are scam, 5% die off in due course due to management issues and only 5% are actually able to survive and deliver as promised. So I think one needs to be very careful with ICO's. There was a time when people jumped in these new projects due to the sales hyper that was created by these project owners but now a period of time atleast the people who's been around for a while know for sure that ICO's are something that needs indepth screening before investing you hard earned funds. Some have even vowed that they will never invest in ICO's ever.

Sure be careful with these ICO's and protect you hard earned money.

I think there's a mix of each sensible and a few dangerous ICOs and a few that square measure scams. it's identical in any scheme. the simplest factor is to simply do some analysis associated take some time before finance into an ICO.

As any investment in this market, can be both, there are many ICOs that are legitimate and many others that appear to be, in the end you may not know for sure until you get the tokens that correspond to you at the end of the bounty or investment, the best thing is to try to minimize the risk of you getting conned, and hope the best happens.

You need to review that ico, here are the important factors you need to see before you join the project:
1. Team / People behind the project
2. Idea and Project itself
3. Their Social Media Existence
4. Use of Tokens They Sell
5. Market Cap Altcoin (or ICO Cap for ICO Stage) along with the Price and Number of Tokens / Coins Circulating
6. Trading volume
7. Exchange that sells coins / tokens
8. Community Support and Developers
9. Product Release Stage: Pilot / MVP / Alpha / Beta / Public Launch
If you ask for a recommendation to invest and you are ready to take risks, you can choose the ICO Rays Network(https://rays.network), which might make you become a millionaire, but Remember to always do your own research and not just hear from word of mouth ... !!

Well it so hard to predict the intentions of a person so it not easy to know a scam project or a great project from the onset. Well it always good to observe a project for while and check the teams credibility behind the project also check the white paper as well

indeed, investing or participating in a bounty from an ico is still legit or profitable, it's just that I choose legit, now it's quite difficult because there are so many ico who are scam, but that doesn't mean that all ico is now a scam, just need to be careful and careful choose an ico.

I'll give a simple example on projects.

I try to choose projects with real value for people. Purses and other projects are not of interest.

Do we all know the platform of Steemit? (blog with payment for work)

So now there is an analogue of Foresting - a social network in the likeness of Facebook and Inst. They are also going to lead that people who use the social network receive money for their likes.

You need to choose those projects in which white papers have a benefit for society.

Yes, now every second project is fraud, if not more and more it will be even more difficult to choose a worthwhile project

Hi Guys,

ANY recommended ICOs and any advise how you guys determine whether is it a legit or Scam?

Thanks in advance.
The purpose of the ICO is to allow the project to have sufficient funds to develop. When you participate in the ICO project, you have to conduct an in-depth study of the development path of the project until you have no problem.
You can look at the RIPA project. Smiley

There were times when icos were good and a wise way to invest early in a strong project, but that has changed greatly today..

Today, a good number of icos are scams with the sole aim of enriching the team and devs... Others just compensate a few investors and make away with others funds, with a lot of exits scams coming up everyday..

However, you can still find some genuine icos, these are types you can invest in.

To know the project's tough indeed fraud because now many projects that scam. You should be careful before following the ICO project. You better do some research on all aspects. And you must ensure that the project has a real investor. You can view the transaction through your wallet. If many who make an investment sure you could follow suit.

You’re lucky because the time you have asked this ,most of the ico still legit not like today thay more than 90% of them are a god damn scammers and victimizing thousands of investors openly

And if you will ask me now?All i can say is better that you make a research yourself so I won’t be blame when times turns to be scams

Many ICO right now is indeed a scam. As you could see most of the ICO listed coin price falls when it hits the market. This is one of the alarming factor why many investors stop investing ICO.
