ICOs to a company is like giving money for free and never see anything come back.
ICOs for a new blockchain may have chances, as eth was a chance.
But the market is bearish, so even on that kind of legitimate real blockchain ICOs have no good chance to see any profits.

There are tons of ways to invest really in blockchaintechnology.
Invest in Companyshares. Invest in hand picked Coins.
Invest in Startups.
Invest in Masternodes.
Better dont invest in Mining or CloudMining.

Why even think about ICOs any more?
They are a total failure for the investors.
Billions were lost !!!
Anyone who invests now in ICOs will almost for sure loose, as this year has shown.

Only those who do the same errors again and again and expect now a positive result after having been ripped several times,
are fools.

Hi Guys,

Im pretty keen to understand more about ICOs and intend to invest in some.
ANY recommended ICOs and any advise how you guys determine whether is it a legit or Scam?

Thanks in advance.
ICOs are a good crypto investment, while there are many fake ones, a handful of them are still reliable. I can recommend Stem Cells Innovations ICO to you. You can make your own research about it and invest if it suits you.

Yes, there are scam ICOs and legit ones. Even some ICO are just a rephrase of current projects and as such are likely to fail. Also, there are legit ICOs with genuine idea. You just have to be careful and make proper research before investing.

In General,of course legal, but in some countries, there are no laws yet for the Cryptocurrency market, and therefore banks and regulators consider them not legal! So to speak they don't control them, from them money don't receive and therefore first of all put sticks in order that it was possible to control

Why should that Stem Cells ICO be good for investors?
I dont see in the roadmap any benefit for the coin holder.
Not even getting the coin on an exchange is on the roadmap.
It does not provide an own blockchain, so no new blockchain technology is invented.
It only provides a new use for the blockchain.
Nice, but why should Í give my money to this company?
It is like any other ICO,good for the company.
Bad for the investor.

I see NO way to make a profit.

they are not scams. The most successful ICO is Ethereum. Can you call Ethereum a scam? Their founder seems to live in Russian Kremlin these days He doesn’t seem to be in troubles though.ICOs are investments of the high risk. But why everyone talks about them? Because the outcome may be many times higher than anywhere else.

If team members are real, their whitepaper is well, you can look to project and what is project's aim and which problem will solve this project at the world. So if you like the answers then you can think it is not scam most probably.

Sorry you are right. Investors will not repeat the same mistakes, investment in the PPI for this year brought huge losses, and this is still ongoing. It is better to use other ways of investing in crypto projects, in any case, until a bullish trend comes, if it comes at all, to the extent it is necessary.

Honestly, it is now difficult whether the is ICO a scam or not because there are ICO that has a good website, white paper, a promising project and a trusted team members but they are scam, that is why a lot of people are qutting in joining in ICOs. For now there are only few successful ICOs left and the rest don't have a good price.

Trust me never accept recommendations just like that, do your own checks. There are so many ICO's but not all are legit that is why there is the need to be more careful otherwise you might end up losing. Legit project speaks for itself. You can visit their website and check on the realistic progress of their ICO.

The best way to identify the scams of the ICOs is too look at their token distribution for most of the tokens are going to the management and the advisory board then the coin will be a scam so before investing this factor is important to be seen. Because if the management is keeping most of the coins and not selling them means they will sell when the price goes high and they are in the mood of earning more profits instead of making the coin more successful by having a solid plan.

All icos for me are not legal now.In the future, all these icos should be built on legal grounds. This will become a necessity. That's when everyone will participate in the icos.Even current companies in the future will even make icos. All companies will be crypto-based.

ICO is legal in many countries. Until laws relating to cryptocurrencies are passed, it is difficult to determine the future of ICO. I think regulation will bring little benefit.

ICO's are legit man, ICO's gets scam because it gets failed to collect the fund that they needed or reach the softcap of the project. But there are also scam projects, for example.. i will invest in that ICO and then after they collected a small amount of fund they will run, they will get all the money and never return it to the owner. I am so sad when it happens because many investors will not believe that ICO is legit.

There are many opportunities to determine a good crypto project or not, but this will never give a 100 percent guarantee. Much depends not on you, and in any moment you can lose everything.

It depends on your investigation depth. If you are just investing in every project, without any research, than you will lose your money and you would be sure that everything is a scam. But if you are getting it serious, you will find legit and profitable projects.
