I never sent my eBTC to any exchange they are there in myetherwallet right from the time I had received them so I guess I don't need to do anything else to receive the new ebtc tokens to replace the old ones except for the old ebtc tokens to remain there in the wallet until the swap takes place, correct?

Correct, you're good. Just leave the coins where they are now, then around Oct 30 you'll receive the new ones into your wallet. So technically is not a swap but the dev will do a snapshot of ethereum blockchain and send the new tokens, is this right? |

That's kind of what I'm wondering about too. I had moved eBTC from the exchange to my ETH address in my Exodus wallet. The announcement does not mention Exodus, but does mention "private wallet". So - since I have my own ETH address with this eBTC contract, AM I SAFE FOR THE SWAP ?? (even if Exodus does not support eBTC and does not display it?). hi guys,
i am new on etherdelta.com, i have 230 eBTC tokens on my etherdelta.com account. i want to transfer my ebtc tokens to myetherwallet.com to swapping before 30 Oct. I tried my "etherdelta.com account private key" at myetherwallet.com, and surprisely, i can see my ETH balance in myetherwallet.com. but i cant see my EBTC tokens, what i must do?
questinon 1:
i did not create new wallet from myetherwallet.com, i just used my etherdelta account private key. do i have to create a new wallet on myetherwallet.com?
question 2:
how can i securely transfer my ebtc coins to a private or cold wallet? PLEASE HELP?

I'm so tempted to scoop up some more tokens but last night I see that the price went as low as around $0.07. I was aiming to buy around $0.03 so I didn't get an alert for the $0.07 price when it hit because I set the alert on coinwink at $0.04. I'm hoping the price drops passed at most $0.08 and then I will buy up as much as I can with 0.2 Etherum. dude its too late now, price will increase alot before oct.30 and will explode after if swap is success!!! |

So many people will be fuming on this board once they send their EBTC tokens to some stranger for a promised swap that can never legally happen - and they lost their EBTC tokens forever.
Also, they listed EBTC on many exchanges. Ask yourself, WHY would they do such if they original EBTC contract now on all the new exchanges are going to be de-listed in a week or so for their so-called swap that can never happen, as the original EBTC contract is on the blockchain forever and it cannot be deleted. So, it makes no sense if there was an actual swap soon (if it could take place, and it cannot), as they would wait until after the swap to list the new EBTC token on the exchanges, not list the old EBTC contract on exchanges which they did because THEY KNOW the original EBTC token is on the blockchain forever and they can create unlimited EBTC tokens in the code.
You were all played and lied to again so they could run up EBTC to the .20 cent range to dump their EBTC on everyone one last time. You should have sold and left this fraud scam token alone, as all it has been is lies and deception, from day one.
One day, humans won't be able to modify "things" in "codes", it will be too late, the AI won't let them do, but for now, it is still possible I encourage you to read and learn about something you talk but do not understand at all. |
