ıt looks like it will be a new fake announcement .. february will end we will still waiting for announcement they said it will be in january many times..
i guess they will use all time for q1 .. i m not even sure about it.
ı will sell all my tokens if it gets ico price .. and i will never invest on an utiliyt token again.. this is just a wast of time and money for a fake project ..
