The ModulTrade team is pleased to share the news that Philippe Taillet, Senior Vice President Service Operations Pan Europe, Sodexo, has joined our advisory board.
Philippe first joined Sodexo, the French food services and facilities management company, in 1995, as Vice President Corporate Strategy in Paris, France. In April 1998, when Sodexo USA and Marriott Management Services merged to form Sodexho Marriott Services, Philippe was appointed Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning of the new NYSE listed company. In July of 2000, Philippe became Chief Information Officer of Sodexo North America, and from October 2004 to December 2015 he was Group Chief Information Officer of Sodexo.
Before Sodexo, Philippe joined Disney in France, where he built the technical maintenance organization for the 1992 Disneyland Paris Theme Park Grand Opening, which he led until June of 1995 as Director Facilities Maintenance.
Earlier in his career Philippe worked as an electrical engineer and software developer for Schlumberger Oil Field Services in Paris and as a management consultant for Bain & Company in Paris and Boston.
Philippe is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique, France and holds an MBA with Distinctions from Harvard Business School.

Will the team burn unsold tokens?

Yes, all unsold tokens will be burned. I got that from their pinned message in telegram.

So far this is just a demo. The system is oriented more towards the medium and small business, than for individuals. Although probably private individuals can buy goods there when the system will work.

What's the hard cap?

As stated on their website, the hard cap ist at 30 million MTRc.

I just tried the demo of Modultrade.

It needs some improvements on the visual side but for a demo, it looks nice.

Agree it miss a bit that modern visual appeal, but there is going to be time later for those improvements

It's great that they are showing what they will do instead of making promises.

I think investors will see the difference

I completely agree. When the team shows the results of their work, this always has a positive effect on the ICO. Even a demo version is much better than empty promises and beautiful photos on the road map!

From reading the blog post it looks like it is more than a demo.

It says "Soon, the ModulTrade platform will buy MTRc at a nominal rate for fiat from merchants."

Does this mean they are buying tokens back for fiat? From where do they take the funds to do this?

Well, looking at the whitepaper and roadmap I don't see where this would be a scam.
I do understand that people are a bit cautious in cryptoworld and certainly when it come to trading itself.
Nevertheless, this platform and their way they want to approach things could make a different in the future of trading...
so let's all assume for now that the accusations where isolated fuds by trolls that for some reason got rejected by the dev team.
