The original total supply of PCL tokens were at 20Billion. The first token burn was held on the 1st of April and burned more than 10% of supply. It's actually now down to almost 18B PCL tokens from 20B PCL tokens. The lesser the supply, the more valuable the tokens are. You can read the details here

The importance of burning process to reduce the supply can not be denied but supply factor has become totally irrelevant when it comes the use case of the token. We are moving towards future based on token economy and projects with adoption at global level need reasonable supply. Well, unfortunatelly you have missed the ICO, but you still can buy from the exchanges if the CCO-minimum-investment is too high.

AIEVE has a rather good record  when it comes to  the past  but I would love to see how good she is when predicting the future. Is there any way  to have a look on BTC plot predicted by her  for the coming 2-3 months?

You would buy Bitcoin before Ethereum because Bitcoin got a lower total-supply and 1 BTC is more expensive then 1 ETH?

There is no difference how many coins are in circulation. At ico, all were given the same opportunities to buy them. Shares acquired by investors from this does not change
