Not all ICO's are cash grabs. I read the whitepaper and discern if the token has a utility or service that I might find useful. This way, others will find it useful as well.  Avoid any ICO with heavy shilling.

The number of successful ICO's are decreasing dramatically.  Just wanna know about successful ICO's in the fourth quarter of 2017 and if anybody still believes in  ICO's.

I do not agree that the number of good ICO has decreased, just the number of ICO held has increased dramatically, and at the same time with this has increased the number of scam ICO. But I continue to believe that there are more good than bad.

As i always said, you're having the bad experiences with it doesn't mean all the ICOs are bad. There are already so much people are succeed with the ICOs and it bring back to them a huge income.
ICO will bring back the huge income if it's succeed and nothing if it isn't or it is a scam.

I still believe in ICO and i would like to recommend the deal coin ico, i know that it will be one of the best ico when it ends on july 27, and i am still believing in ico because if we can find a great project like the deal coin it will really help us to earn a big amount of money.

Even there's a lot of scams ICO there's still successful ICO and I will continue to believe them but of course before making an investment on them just always continue to research if this good or not, be careful always.
