Personally I belive to icos and I make searching about icos and till now never failed at any ico, I think icos with regulation will be more powerfull in future.

Maybe i still believe in ICO because until now i never meet a bad ICO.
But, i know so many ICO is fail and scam.
Maybe i will stop believe in ICO again when i meet the bad ICO or ICO scame.

yes i admit there are many scam ICO with irresponsible developers in cryptocurrency, but i still put big hope on it and believe in ICO. all you have to do is just make your time doing studies about ICO you want to invest, i know it will take a long time to research it, but since you make very good ICO to choose and invest with it, you can thank me later if you get many benefit from it. Looking for how many Scam and just horrible projects, it is very difficult to believe in the success of the ICO, but I still believe there are excellent ones.
