The withdrawal was for dust, earned from our Faucet Bot. There is a lot of business logic in our withdrawal system that we built over the past 3 years to prevent us from fraud, hacks, etc... One of them is to not process withdrawals instantly if a user hasn't deposited. In the case of faucet players that have never deposited, the withdrawal is manual, and processed within 24 hours.

For what it's worth - over 90% of our withdrawals in the past year have been processed instantly.
