Your bj still looks like shit.

Why no option to insure or surrender?

Only a fool would play here.

As an investor in your ICO, would you care to answer as to why you created a Blackjack game that heavily favors the house?
Why would anyone play here when there are other casinos that make it fair for the players?
Go ahead, take your sweet time.  That seems to be how you operate.

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

Surrender and Insurance are both heavily -EV bets, in fact, they worsen the odds for the player.

Our Blackjack rules stipulate you can hit after splitting aces, and the dealer stands on ALL 17s. This is, in fact, better odds than most (if not all) the Blackjack variants in crypto casinos.

You can verify the math here: https://wizardofodds.com/games/blackjack/online-survey/

and  here: https://wizardofodds.com/games/blackjack/calculator/

My point is that your BJ is not standard BJ, like normal blackjack.  I don't have every option.

I can't insure my 20 showing the dealer's ACE, which I may want to do if I have a big bet on the table.

Got it, and it's good feedback. We will be incorporating the Insurance option into Blackjack, and it will be completed after we finish the redesign of the remainder of our Casino Games.

Thanks for your feedback.

Seems like you have a rounding error. https://i.imgur.com/Mbec4o1.gifv

Withdrawing slightly less works, but we get a weird BTC value for current balance.

They've had this "error" for as long as they've been in business.

Notice the quotations around "error."  Roll Eyes

This will not be corrected shortly.

In fact, I'm guessing that this issue will take weeks to fix, all the while pocketing your extra money.

I don't recall ever seeing any other casino use these shady tactics to skim money from their players.

This is a nice little strategy Bitcoinrush has going and it's about time someone called them out.

Let's see how "shortly" this gets fixed.

In the meantime, I'd avoid this shady operation like the plague it is.

Ehm... I'm more inclined to the idea this is due to the "rounding" of bets, i.e the website doesn't have a value less than 0.0001 (the balance is x.xxxx), so sport bets with various odds don't round up to the full x.xxxx and either slightly less or more and hence the withdrawal doesn't work for the 0.0001. I'm not standing in their side that much, but that additional amount still remain in balance -but it's in satoshi's and hence doesn't show as a full 0.0001 but nevertheless remains-

I've had a similar issue with Cxxxxbet before -who also have only 4 decimals-

The solution is obviously either them handling the "small" extra cost, or increasing the number of decimals in balance, the second one doesn't cost BCR anything other than some programming effort.

A lot of casinos have this problem where they round it up, but in reality it's a lower number. They aren't skimming, in fact my account still shows 0.00007BTC left. It's just that I'm guessing they only allow up to a certain number of decimal places for withdraw, and the system uses the round instead of floor. Moneypot had this problem too, where I had half a satoshi extra and it was rounded up.

Yeah, the extra is a result of the betback/lossback I believe. I don't really mind it, and eventually it will become "valid". Would still be nice if they changed it though, even if it was just for withdraws.

There's a polite way to say this and an offensive way. You have higher chances of getting results with the polite way. The strategy you used puts bitcoinrush on their back foot, forcing them into a reactionary stance rather than a progressive stance. I would suggest that you pay attention to this fact, if you want those around you to appreciate what you have to say. That being said, I would appreciate it if bitcoinrush put the rounding issue at the forefront of their agenda. It has been a long time since I've noticed the issue as well.

Thank you both dhamijad and DarkStar_

You're both correct in the fact that this was a rounding issue, and a short-term fix has been applied, we will be making a more strategic fix in our next release which goes live next week.

As per our policy, we have also added a bounty to DarkStar_'s account on BitcoinRush.io He can choose to cash this out immediately with no restrictions, or use it in the Sportsbook or Casino.

dhamijad - Don't waste your time with Tuck. I personally know who he is IRL, and wish he would took the advice I gave him years back to help him fix his addiction and problem.  However, you can clearly see that didn't happen, or he's going through a relapse as he'd rather spend his time creating multiple identities and trolling us on this forum.

I personally see some humor with it all, but do regret people wasting their time.

@casinobitcoin is there a way to reach customer service on BitcoinRush?  I’ve sent 3 emails today and none have been answered. I’m checking on the status of my withdrawal.  I’m not happy with the live betting so I tried to Wd all my coins

Dear admin,

I created a new account about two weeks ago and deposited today to play. The very first game I tried was Hi-Lo, but when the screen loaded, Nothing happened. I clicked Deal, but no other option came up and I could not click anything (there was a no entry symbol when I hover the mouse across options). So anyway I left the screen but found on the next load that 1 mBTC had been deducted from my deposit balance. So now I do not want to proceed with anything in case. Should I be worried to try another game again?

My username is LeahLeet
