I want to know who’s your favourite to be bumped off, I feel it’ll be hot pie as he’s the weakest link in this series. Almost all online torrent websites already have plenty of options to download, I am just downloading right now so I still haven't seen it but I have found like 720p option, 1.6 gb option (whatever resolution that is) and a very big option like 4gb (still don't know the resolution for that one neither) and an amazon option.

All on just one torrent website, so I think if you feel like the Asian place you are watching is not showing all of it, than you can just download any of these and see if there was any missing piece and to be honest with you I don't think any game of thrones fan will be capable of watching the first episode just once after waiting 595 days for a new episode . After I watch it for the first time I am pretty sure I will watch it a second or even third time until second episode comes.

Can't tell tbh, I'm not anywhere near the levels people would normally call high roller! I would still take a look and place my bets to the limit. What's it take besides a slightly annoying hassle of depositing (withdrawal is free too so you got nothing to lose).

Best odds are best odds. I deposit across several sites and if need be, max out the limit on one before moving on to another, in order of lowering payouts. It's always worth it to me.

Got my GoT bets riding on Bronn to get killed off first. Modest bet at modest odds but it's just for fun.

as I can see at the moment it's 45 mbtc max and it seems it doesn't depend on the odds , so 45 max on all the odds no matter how big or small
not sure if limits go higher one hour before the next episode just like what happens with other sports

This is what it is all about with these kind of prop bets on a tv show about fictional characters. The story can take a tangent where anything can happen. Since not too many sites are offering to bet on the results of who will survive the longest until the end of the show (I think about three others) then there are not to many options available as it is.
In regards to your prediction of who will get killed off first I dont think he will get the pointy end of the stick first. I think it will be his pal tyrion because of how he has been so doubtful of any of them surviving and how his sister had the prophecy dictated to her by the witch when she was younger of how she will die by her little brothers hand.
It is a long walk to kings landing afterall.

That's correct; for all our entertainment props - we have low max bets since there are technically some insiders which know the result. (E.g. friends of writers, Cameramen, actors, etc, etc)

Pinnacle has removed the lines so I don't think they'll be coming back.
