He was online yesterday, but no further replies about the accusation that you have multiple accounts.
I do think casinobitco should confirm everything to make it clear so it wont affect other players who (maybe) are worrying about this issue.
If you are really sure that you did not make something against the rules, probably the best thing to do is by creating scam accustion thread but be sure that you have valid proofs to support your accusation.
Based on some issues on other sites, when someone created a scam accusation then the site or the representative will come to confirm and maybe fix the issue faster.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

No reply for weeks!!!!! It's already should be a big red flag for most users. No public explanations. A true bookie has a right to close account for a player but if  You take a bet you should pay money. I will not trust bitcoinrush anymore. Thanks to carton97 for sharing this information.

Are you kidding me? I have been waiting 25 days from last email. What proofs do you have? I dont use multiple accs, I already explain why less than 25% of my rotation is the same that other players but the IP used in my acc never have been used in other acc, how I already explained. It is a joke. Why 25 days with no answers? Why you publicity than less than 24 hours to answre? You already have time to resolve it amicably 1-1, I dont create a scam matter because I am in holydays but when I have access to my computer and time I will.

yeah I noticed as well there can be delays when a game gets voided
your best shot is contacting Tim thro telegram and I'm sure he will fix it for you , he's been busy with some things in the last couple of days so maybe that's the reason

as I remember one of my American friends told me that USA isn't allowed , the restrictions section in the site doesn't include what countries aren't allowed tho
regarding KYC been using the site for over 2 years now and never was asked to do so , but the terms are clearly stating that the site has the rights to ask for that when they need to

For example if they are suspicious of you using two accounts (wouldn't make too much sense in sportsbook, you are not giving yourself an edge by using two accounts) and somehow abused it, or maybe if you were doing double spending method and wanted to make money as much as possible, they have the right to ask for KYC to make sure they are not getting scammed by you, and that is literally the only case they would ask for it and I don't think they have asked for it from anyone so far.

However, American people are not just sportsbet based, even if they allowed you to play here doesn't mean you could, as long as government figures out you are gambling here they would list that as a crime and you would be in trouble, I would suggest following laws of your own country and be safe.

multi accounters can have more edge if they are profitable gamblers , they can abuse the limit and bet more than what the site is allowing you to bet
they can also refer each others and make extra commissions
and lastly since bitcoinrush has a monthly leaderboard , multi accounters can benefit from that as well and take 2 or 3 spots in the leaderboard


, or maybe if you were doing double spending method and wanted to make money as much as possible, they have the right to ask for KYC to make sure they are not getting scammed by you, and that is literally the only case they would ask for it and I don't think they have asked for it from anyone so far.

double spending won't work with bitcoinrush since deposits are credited after 1 confirmation

If you already have a telegram account you only need to join their monsterbyte group chat and look for one of the admins on the group. That's how I contacted them through their telegram.

Within a day I got a reply from tim saying he'll forward my problem to their bitcoinrush team.

I think there is a strict regulation right now in USA and other part in the world. It is good only to abide the regulation since it is banned for the citizen because the president or chief officer of the country is the one that bans cryptocurrency.
KYC is helpful to determine our nationality. Because of a strict regulation, I think it is right and good if there is KYC.

I have tried numerous times to contact support on bitcoinrush and noone is replying. Has anyone else had this issue and what is the next step if they aren't replying?
