Launching beta app in July is quite far, considering keeping alive interests for all investors in this project. Having a working prototype or beta app before or during ico would be very helpful, atmost after the pre-sale so as to raise funds. But honestly for anticipating users to wait till July 2018 is too long a time. With a working app,  most investors will have a reassuring confidence where they are injecting their funds,  and see that it's a work in progress  with further improvements to be made.  

The beta app will be the finished product. It's just called beta like google called gmail beta for over 5 years.

We think that 6 month development time is very fast and having a product already usable after that time is more or less what other ICO's have too.
The idea of an ICO is to raise funds for developement and marketing.


As specified in the WP!
In my opinion it would be better if during the crowdsale they should not even focus also on tasks related to programing and development, in order to follow both things with more attention. If they are separated in time is a good thing.

We agree having a app working would be nice, but nothing more.

The power of mavin doesn't lay in the app, but having a working ecosystem where supply and demand meet.

It's doesn't help having an app without campaings for the user to get rewarded. We need time to build up both and be ready with app and campaings is the most important part.

We also don't search pump and dump investors, we want to have people to invest, because they have a long term vision of the possibilities and gains.



I must agree with you both on this point: in some other projects I saw that follow fundraising and development in the same time can bring overload in team members, that so become less present and concentrated.
On the contrary I can say that the moderators constant availability in this thread is a very good thing to reach the fundraising's goal.

Yes it really takes a lot of time to handle the crowdsale. The tour de force of developement also only makes sense after the ICO, because then we will have a clear budget and can work on that.

I think joining the Eidoo venture for dex exchange and debit card service will be the best idea. They have a strong project and it will be win win

We tried to contact them but until now they seem very occupied, we have some friends togheter in linkedin so the possibility is very high.

There are many ways to expand influence, such as the direct distribution of marketing funds that are particularly useful and can quickly generate advertising,I am more appreciative of such behavior.

The influencers are those that contribute to the different campaigns and earn rewards in exchange. They are basically the user base of the platform. While the marketers are the contracting authorities of the Mavin platform. They choose from different campaign types
and put them out to tender. They are rewarding the influencers for a successful participation.

can you please explain me more in details how will this human verification work?

The human verification is done also by mavin users in the near geographic location, that means a post from a brasilian influencer is will be processed by brasilian verifiers, that way there is no language problem or different perceptions of images.

The verifier get a anonymous post where he needs to respond to different questions we ask for example:
- Is the brand mentioned visible
- are there wrong tags or does the image match the keywords
- rate the image creativity / quality
- is the product visible

depending on the score of the influencer and score of the verifier there are between 5-20 verifiers doing the same job, with different questions, not every verifier will see the same questions.

In the end we will process this informations and score the post quality and also the verification quality

We will inject tests to see if the verifier is just clicking trought or doing is job good. if a verifier is has too much disconsense to others we will reduce his score.

In that way also the verifiers are verified :-)


Every app user can decide if he wants to be influencer, both or just verifier. In all cases he will be rewarded.

reading this I understand that there will always be agencies for the recruitment of influencers, and the distribution of work/terms of reference ?
 -whilst also offering transparent KPI measurement and disruptive return rates- can you describe me what are the KPI ?

Influencers are very important in the current market and for the new media. I don't think they have some problems to monetize now, the biggers at least, but it can help to put some order in this jungle.

Agencies are optional, the plattform will be open to everyone. If a brand wants to work with agencies, they can do it. It's the same as now with Google/FB.



KPI means Key Performance Indicator (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Performance_indicator)

It means that the marketeer sees all the relevant statistics regarding his campaing and can evaluate the success of it.

turning to specialized companies for advertising is a centralized approach...
Mavin is using blockchain to decentralize this standard and a the same time, trying to do better things!
