They decided to do the second stage of the ICO with (potentially) unsold tokens that late because they want to take time for development so that they have a lot of things to show when the second stage would start.

All the information has been made available by the team in its official and unofficial platforms, on the issue of exchanges, I think it will be listed initially in smaller exchanges, despite the success achieved, but I do not see this as a problem with the potential of the project, will have a wonderful extension, and consequently the adhesion of larger and larger volumes

I think they plan to held the 2nd ICO in 2019 to coincide with a lot of major developments in MARK.SPACE project and that could make the token very attractive to investors.
