You can get an "airdrop" if you join the whitelist and be certified like in KYC.
I am not sure what's the need for that. They will give you a chance to rate an ICO but they will need to have your personal info.

I think its based on that ignite will rate the project, basically it will mention the team, price, target audience, project outreach, partnership, etc and then rate each section and compile them together to come up with master rating or the final ignite rating based on all the sections reviewed.
