I am starting trading some month ago.Bought some alta coin but now all alta coin are down and i donot understad what can i do?I get a big lose if i sell this.So how control my mind ?

well i think we dont have  to ask anybodyon how to control our emotion because it really depends on us on how we use to make limit in our self emotion.i think we have a different kinds of experince to be use on refference on making a dicision.because  i believe that some people who get success is the person who hadca lot of experience.

if we have many experience especially in trading then I think we can trying to learn to be patience so we can control our emotion. I see that if we spend more than 7 hours in front of our computer can give a bad effect to us which is our emotion can be effect and we can not clearly thinking when we see something is happen. so I think you need to take a rest for a while after you watching the market in a hour and you can come back again in 15 minutes or 30 minutes to continue trading. before you make decision, make sure you take a deep breath and think twice about your decision so you won't regret after you made decision.

In my opinion, before trade you should be set up amount persentase the stop loss and take profit, for example if you decide to taking profit 20% and stop loss 10% , when reach this line (stop loss or take profit) should be done, and buy again other coin or same coin with patiently to get deepest price. So in trading very important to control emotion.

Relax buddy, because basically if there is a decrease then there will be a rise later, you should hold it so it will not disappear, never waver or panic selling because it's an emotion. I also hold some altcoin and the price goes down continuously, but I do not sell it because I'm sure the price will return to normal and go up. it just takes time, we never know when the price can go back up.

This is now the only advice applicable for the OP. I also suggest not to keep looking at the price and forget about Altacoin for now. You are what we call a "bag holder".

well there is no such thing that can control oneself emotion it is really depend on how you act in a different kind of situation and  maybe sometimes people will not using thiet head tbey are using thier heart that is why many of us is killed by thier emotion sometime the man become fool and hurting its other because of thier desire.i suggest that practice  controlling your emotion foe good.

Do not control your mind. Let it control you instead. I think emotions are the ones that are controlling you right now because you are reacting. And these emotions are now the ones that are dictating your mind. Be reasonable! Be rational! Be mindful! Do not react with your emotions running high. Do not act immediately. Do not react immediately. Read and study and analyze before acting.

Not easy to control emotions in every unexpected happenings. When you win a lottery you will not control your emotion because of the big money which you have won by betting so little money.

The same is here in bitcoin when the price falls the investors lose their money and when the price goes up the profit also goes up and you will not control your emotions when you make huge money with bitcoin investments. I cannot control my emotions in bad or good situations.

Sometimes you can't really avoid those situations when you put up a big amount on a coin so the only thing I can say is diversify all of it so there's a balance that in case the other altcoins will fall, the rest are rising.

Yes, there is no way to control your emotion if you are on that situation that your emotion tells you to sell your coins and go panic. But there's a way to control your emotion, take always something to drink when you are feeling that your emotion is starting to feel like that. And by that way, you can be calm when your emotion triggers you to do something nuts so just try my suggestion as it works for me.

First of all if you are a newbie you should only buy altcoins you have strong fundamentals,but do your own dilligence thoroughly. This kind of coins will eventually raise and you will get in nice profits,but if you trade blindly and buy altcoins like you picking vegetables from the grocery store you'll probably get burnt.

You don't have to control your emotions. Fix you target after buying, make your sell offer, forget about it and skip to other trade.

Funny enough! Emotions will not even come if you know what you are doing. So many people take trading as gambling, no learning, no skills and then they just feel it is all about luck and trying to just hope they can make a profit anyhow. If it works that way, we'd all be making huge amount of money by now, won't we? If you already know all to expect from a trade, you would have planned it even before getting in and that includes taking profit, or reducing losses. If you loose, just like you have said, find a better position to make profit, that is why they call it entry or exit strategy.

I don't understand about emotion in the trading what I observed in my life is not to be more panic in any situation so that we no need to worry about the present situation which is not going to finish if we get emotion on it so let the situation solve by itself don't get tense about it.

Trading not only need good skill in fundamental and technical analysis but more important think is keep patient and dont be greedy. If you trade on pair altcoin with BTC for the better do short trade and take profit around 10% because price of Bitcoin now strong up trend. And if floating minus about 10% for the better cut loss and wait to buy back on the deepest.

Emotional is important when we do anything. Trading is one job that requires good emotional control, because without any emotional control then we will not be able to make decisions appropriately. as you said that skill will not determine our success. without emotional control and also good decision-making then the skills we have will not mean anything. if I were a trader then I would prefer emotional control as the most important thing I should train from scratch.

Bitcoin is rallying so altcoins are down. You can hold your coins or you can just sell them at a loss and buy it lower. You mentioned that you just started trading a month ago so you don't have that much experience yet. I believe the key to control your emotions is through experience because even if you are so thorough in your analysis and have a trading plan already but you lack the psychological part then you will still lose more than you win and give in to your emotions in times of uncertainty. All traders started as a newbie but then those who are profitable nowadays went through losing more and then get through it that's why they already know how to do emotionless trading. Just continue trading and then still follow your trading plan and set a stop loss or hold your coins if you believe it will go up in the future because eventually if you just continue then you can control your emotions.

Altcoin is actually a very good coin but you cannot trust on it for quite a long period of time. You can only trust on altcoin if you are planning for either day trading or short term investment. As far as controlling emotions is concerned, I think this is the most important thing you actually need to do no matter which thing you are doing. Just keep on controlling your nerves for your better tomorrow.

It is very hard to control you mind. If you can control than you will be good trader, If you can not contorl just forget about tranding, betting etc... I don't think that you can learn to control yourself.
