I also agree with you. If someone has actually lost quite a lot while trading or in some other matter then the first thing is to calm down his nerves. a person only  satisfy himself  when he has achieved his  goal. But there do come a time in your life when you do not get the required result.

I have to agree with you. Decisions should come from our mind and not our heart. Because if we let them take control our decisions, then it will be really disastrous for all of us. In the beginning, I'm too emotional specially when I'm seeing the bitcoin price is dropping and dropping fast, I immediately push the sell button. Later on, I don't know what happened except that I'm too emotional and regret my decisions of dumping my coins instead of hodling it for the future. But I'm more matured now, I'm not affected by fud around and I always used my mind in making critical decisions when to sell.
