Yes this is problem with all of those who have started to tread with the altcoins. But please do not lose hope. The first step to be taken is that you should stop trading at once and do that sort of work which suits you best for recovering the loses via earning and has lesser risk. Yes you need to have patience but you also need to have the right mentality and control over your emotions.
