Im happy to see that our token will make us received dividend income. And it will also possible to trade token on playmarket exchange, it’s a really great and valuable feature.

I'm curious how exactly this dividend system is going to work. They will be paying monthly?

Dividends will be paid whenever the transaction occurs. For example, whenever someone buys an application, or invests in an application, there will be a transaction. This is the point - you do not have to wait for a certain date.

   mode, and then manual moderation is performed. Later, with the development of the platform, moderation algorithms will be determined by the
     community (DAO) using the latest technologies.

Have you guys already checked with Apple if it is possible to make another App Market for iOS? As in the normal way you have to get through Apple and get their approval to get into the Apple App Store, it could end at this point then.

I think you can if you give them a cut of what you earn with it, which is not sustainable in this case

I am not so sure if Apple will be fine with a small cut of what they get for letting a competitioner in their own app store. Especially as iOS/Apple tries to be an homogeneous environment, tries to avoid software which could be dangerous for the system. If another app store would just come up, you could install software which is not checked from Apple before.

DAO PlayMarket2.0 has the platform-based PLAYMARKET FUND

All holders of the PlayMarket Token (PMT) automatically become co-owners of the platform-based PlayMarket Fund (PMF). The fund receives 5% of the issued tokens of mobile apps placed via the platform. PMT owners have the opportunity to trade them on the PlayMarket Exchange (PEX), or hold them for receiving dividend income.Also owners can trade PMT on third-party exchanges.
Trading of the PlayMarket 2.0 token will be launched after the end of the ICO.

So this will be defined as a security in the US and Singapore?

that's a good observation. it might be considered as a security.

If it is solid & indeed secure, why not...
But, security is a very touchy topic, and the more secure something is made, the more eyes are on it from those who want to bring it down... Which means.. the dev team will have to be sure about there coding & technology so those kind of people are demotivated to bring it down...

And I would be choosing the dividend over cashing out anyhow.
I'm convinced that hodling on to the tokens make the coin strong and builds trust towards the development team. Fast dumpers bring such projects out of balance.

What the heck are you babbling about, webwakko? A security is a tradeable financial asset. If you run an ICO you don't want your tokens to be securities because then you get into trouble with American regulators.

I am not finding restrictions to investing from anywhere, (like from US citizens) and that raises some concerns to me. I thought it would be required by law to mention it somewhere on icos that are securities.

Well if that is the case, then its a good news. But we need further clarifications from DAOPM team on this.

I do agree, it's important to know which countries are whitelisted and which ones aren't.
Especially with ICO's that give out securities...

That's what I also think. I think this project can work on android as the system is open and you can install software from the web anyways but I don't think they have a chance on iPhones. Also, as we don't get an answer to that question I assume they haven't thought about this before.

This does sounds logic, it's like Wall Markt would allow another superstore inside their building.. ain't going to happen.
But.. There must be some kind of way to bypass it. Just need to figure out how, because of the high research this one is not going to be easy to bypass their check.

nobody like competition,apple and dao offer similar services so i think dao will never be downlodable from apple but it does not matter if it will possible to download directly from the site...we will see...
