Go take a walk. I normally remove myself from the situation which is causing me the anger and return later once I've cooled down.

Shout your lungs out again and again, till you get tired. to release all the anger.
Then drink plenty of water.

i'll just think of those situations that i was really down and think again of my current situation. if i have a better life with what i have in my current situation, then, i have to stop that anger feeling and just be grateful for whatever i have now.

Go for a walk. Getting away from a situation that is causing you to feel angry can help you calm down and think things through. Getting outdoors and focusing on nature can be even more helpful. Taking a walk will help you burn off some of that negative energy instantly and can help you get away from the problem. If you're in the middle of a heated argument, there's nothing wrong with saying, I'm going to go for a walk.

how to calm down in my opinion is by way of road or refreshing to the place of recreation like flower garden, arena game, picnic with family and others.

To calm my anger I scream on top of my lungs (Kidding). Work at a psychiatric clinic and there are a lot of instances when I either have to deal with a client's anger or I get triggered by behaviors of clients. There are ways that I employ to get me to a safe place. I think the first part is to take a deep breath, from my diaphragm, really deep and I count until 5 and release and then for at least 2 minutes I do nothing. I don't react to whatever stimulus that is making me angry. It helps in diminishing the feelings. Then I put on some music, loud music to increase positive emotions in me.

Taking deep breaths is a really underrated way of calming down. It clears your mind and slows your heart rate down. I don't always remember to do it when I'm upset, but when I do, it works.
