somehow I'm not able to download the software through the site , my download is getting interrupted is there anyway to download the software from a source outside the site , like mediafire or something similar
i had this problem too, and mashed the dl button a few times and like 10 mins later it opened. It's probably a weird bug in regard to future ip restrictions or something I figured. To all the other posts, I am the biggest critic of these sites and in the 2 + 2 thread previously linked. I am vocal and I know the poker related staff enough to have meaningful dialogue and to get their attention. I also wrote the book in regard to the evolution this emerging technology is bringing: wealthofchips.wordpress.com The recent complaints are expected issues of a bootstrapping event. The cus support is seemingly just inexperienced with poker, perhaps not good with english (I am a native english speaker but my grammar is terrible ;p). What they (probably) meant to say is 'the reason we have a month or two of freerolls is because we expected many issues and bugs'. They shouldn't have implied that you don't deserve compensation from the crashed tourney's (ie the higher level staff probably smacked their foreheads when they realized their support staff claimed that). It is quite standard in the industry to credit some form of icm payout (I think that is the correct term) based on a formula of a likelihood you would have finished if all players were equal. Or in a significant tourney like the tesla one, to restore the state of the tourney from the time of the crash. Its never ideal because some players are better than others and no one wants to think about "what could have been". But Josem and Isabelle Mercier are a part of this project and they are well aware this is industry standard practice. Probably the rest of the team isn't aware, and didn't realize it is not a good idea to not inform your customer service agents of this practice. It is likely the policy will get changed, unless I don't understand something. But what I mean to emphasize is you cannot suggest its indication of scammy behavior. It's just a form of undesight as there are probably large pressing issues the customer doesn't see. They probably realizing they need poker player related customer support rather than some form of 3rd party outsourcing as well (total guess). Anyways, follow the 2p2 thread, I am in there and so are some very experienced players. I just don't want this to be a runaway torch carrying mob based on normal bootstrapping problems. Your complaints are noted, and experienced players are scrutinizing this project...this just needs some patience because every staff member probably has 10 extremely urgent and large tasks on their plate, and they are all probably realizing as a team that they are dropping the ball in the thing that they forget is most important: the players

If you want to attract potential investors you have to present the project much more thoroughly. Without details nobody will be interested and nobody will invest. Good luck.
We are extremely positive about CoinPoker becoming very popular and succeeding. All information can be found in the Whitepaper on the site. Here is a link to this: https://coinpoker.com/downloads/coinpoker-whitepaper.pdf?v171221

We can confirm that, yes, the freeroll tournaments are partially in place to test the site and poker gameplay for bugs. Our customer support team are working very hard to help all poker professionals, beginners and investors with any questions that they may have while also maintaining a constant open communication with everyone to ensure a friendly and welcoming service. We take pride in this and we hope that this is to the satisfaction of everyone who contacts us for any reason at all. Everyone involved in CoinPoker is constantly informed of all information possible to help with any questions or queries that customers/investors may have. The prizes of the freeroll tournaments not being credited following crashes that result in the tournaments not being completed has been explained from the beginning of these tournaments taking place. This is not a decision made by the customer support agents, but made by the leading management and developers of the site.

You should be able to download the software if you turn off your firewall to attempt this.

From which time one there will be another (more logical and fair) solution when tournament crashes? Before the Tesla tournament?

Why?? All stand how was. "Our Pre-ICO CHP tokens were sold with a 30% bonus, 1 CHP equating approximately 0.05 EUR (it wasn’t fully tied to ETH back then). At the time, we were planning to have III stages for our ICO, with the 1st one giving a 20% bonus, the 2nd — 10% bonus, and the 3rd one for the nominal price. With the bonuses applied, CHP price went from 4,200 CHP for 1 ETH, to 3,850 for 1 ETH, to finally, 3,500 CHP for 1 ETH." will be 1ETH=3500chp all is good!

Tony G has said repeatedly in the Telegram chat (today too) that the new ICO price will be 7.5 euro cent (a 4x price reduction from those advertised ETH prices). Well, at least he offers a refund to all Pre-ICO investors. Too bad for bounty hunters and freeroll players.
