hi all hive users i have this command in my wallet config -tt 55 -ttli 62 -fanmin 55 -fanmax 75
but i still have cards with this info in panel 59° 49%
why hive does not control the temp?
miner is claymore
p.s: there is no fan control in AMD setting neither in tuning
You have to add: -tt 1 -tt 1 to disable fan control from HiveOS default configuration.

Security reminderDuring the past days you might have received notifications about wrong password logins. - Yes, botnets are scanning.
- Yes, we block them but can't do that with one click.
- No, we haven't been hacked.
What is the best way to sleep well and keep your account safe?1) Don't use vocabulary and simple passwords 2) DON'T USE THE SAME PASSWORD AS ON THE THE OTHER SITE (like on forums, chats, etc.). These sites get hacked and then the hackers have login-password pairs which they try. 3) Don't use the same login as on the other sites. You can easily change it in your account. 4) Don't use the same password to your email as your password can be recovered if they have your email password. 5) TURN ON 2FA. This is bulletproof. 6) For calm down your paranoia you can set IP white list in your account (but be sure what you do, don't do this on dynamic IPs).

According to the help in HiveOS / Wallet / miner Claymore Put here settings which you want to appear in config.txt of Claymore, ONE ON EACH LINE. For example: -fanmin 100 will set fans to 100% -tt 65 will set target temperature to 65C-tt 1 to disable fan control -di 34ab use GPUs 3, 4, 10, 11 Please refer to Claymore documentation for other settings.

reason to use HiveOS when you can do everything and more in ubuntu? Unless you are a newbie and only wana use fixed set of miners
I know it comes with easy to monitor remote control panel and preinstalled miners , but i want ot be able to install new miners for new algos , is it possible ? If so , thn it will be very good for me , but with the current implementation , it feels like you are limited and cant use all what linux offers

Hive OS runs off Linux and yes you can install any miner you want that's Linux compatible its just you wont be able to see the miners on Web UI and make changes etc from there like the preinstalled miners from Hive It sounds like you would be better suited to Hive judging from your above post

Prior to Hive 2.0 release we announce Hive REST API. Please prepare for the switch if you had used previous API version. The previous API will not work after release which will happen in several weeks. Please find the API specification here https://app.swaggerhub.com/apis/HiveOS/public/2.0-betaYou authorize with the credentials and receive JWT auth token. Then you can do just anything what you can do in Hive. You can build your autoswitching, get stats data, add/switch wallets, apply OC settings, adopt a mobile version, create a custom monitoring screen. http://forum.hiveos.farm/discussion/1230/hive-api-v2

After release Hive 2.0 planned adding feature "custom miner" with API for those who can write simple handler to grab statistics

Would the API support profit switching control from Awesome Miner?
Alternatively, will HIVE OS 2.0 support profit switching?

I also get 850w, but @173 mh/s eth minig with claymore 110W/h difference x day x rigs = total
Maybe it was long time ago ? With feature "aggressive undervolting" values a nearest to windows

ok, so how about the other few settings for 30+mh? whats your core/mem @? i like 1150/2100 undervolt is also NEEDED for over 25mh/s, i like low as possible, usually use "3" for DPM state and about 900 for mv on my 580's on hive and the bios? who made it? if its a "one-click" one you might not get over 26, those are crap imo, do it yourself , copy the straps and set clocks/voltage or pay someone for one ( tho i do them for free usually for people)
