HELP Bios Modding -

I downloaded Stock BIOS from HiveOS and then Modded them with Polaris Bios editor and then uploaded them but after restarting I am still getting same Hashrate - 24 Mh/s (Hynix/Elpida). RX 570 4gb.

ok, so how about the other few settings for 30+mh? Cheesy  whats your core/mem @?   i like 1150/2100
undervolt is also NEEDED for over 25mh/s, i like low as possible, usually use "3" for DPM state and about 900 for mv on my 580's on hive
and the bios? who made it? if its a "one-click" one you might not get over 26, those are crap imo, do it yourself , copy the straps and set clocks/voltage
or pay someone for one ( tho i do them for free usually for people)

and power consume?

i try hive os .. al all others smos etc ..
only at windows can undervolt max ..
i have 6x rx580 . @windows 186 mh/s@840w
hive os .. if i will get 186 mh/s @950w consume

I also get 850w, but @173 mh/s eth minig with claymore
110W/h difference x day x rigs = total
Maybe it was long time ago ?

With feature  "aggressive undervolting" values a nearest to windows

What do you mean "aggressive undervolting" ?
In OC settings I see only one possible of undervolting.

Do not grieve me. Look closely under "AMD OC" and you find this option

After some messing around, I am getting 30+mh (31.5 mh but with stale shares. At 30.4 mh it is good) Smiley

It would be great if the update makes it easier to add unsupported miners (xenemy) to rigs, takes time to update all rigs individually.

I found that you have integrated autofan 2.0 in Hive from release 0.5 - 59.
How can I set up the min and max temps now?

I have installed it by myself and there I`m setting them but I`m not sure that it works.

Autofan in preview stage. In fact it's public beta so no tools in web interface. You need to manually create configuration file calling autofan.conf and put it to /hive-config and then execute autofan command or reboot rig for apply

Configuration file is very simple
Code:
# GPU target temperature. AutoFan
TARGET_TEMP=60

# Min fans speed
MIN_FAN=25

# Max fan speed
MAX_FAN=100

#temperature of stop miner
CRITICAL_TEMP=75

#AMD fan control (AMD control enable-0/AMD control disable-1)
NO_AMD=0

Autofan will try to adjust the speed of the fans in such a way as to keep the temperature specified TARGET_TEMP
Of-course for using with AMD cards you need to disable miner fans control to eliminate possible conflicts between miner and autofan module.

I find out that I had 2 autofan screens running. I killed both and start new one.
I didn`t find /hive-config folder.
under root@hive.... I see only this
autofan.conf
autofan.sh
tmp
xinit.user.sh

I think this autofan is that I was installed myself.

Anyway, autofan is working a lot different before I updated Hive to last version. I can`t really say better or no ... Need to see. But Fan speeds now differ from what they were.

what you see it's root's home
/hive-config - it's directory at top level with HiveOS configuration files, which you can see under Windows for example. It's NTFS partition

Red Temp in the top right of the Monitor screen.
Is it a
TARGET_TEMP=60
that you mentioned earlier?
Or it is just coloring the temps?
Thanks.
