Anonymous author violates the GPL and everyone is celebrating?! I reported this thread to a moderator and wrote a mail to mega.nz to remove this illegal software. Everyone should do the same.
Unfortunately nobody gives a fuck about GPL violations ;/
There are quite a few closed source miners on here that do exactly this and have always remained unsanctioned.

You should sit back and relax. Take a look at the increase in hashrate this dev made on this algo for amd cards.

Just hoping he will consider opening his miner software to other pools.

It doesn't take much effort to change the DNS or even reroute the nicehash IP so you can mine on any pool you wish.
It also doesn't take much effort to remove his fee https://github.com/Demion/nodevfee even easier to linux with netsed.
So yeah if you're pissed at him for violating GPL, violate him instead.

I am not pissed. It just illegal - and it's sad that no one cares. By the way - this software could have a keylogger and might copy your wallet.dat... it's careless to use software from an unknown source just to gain a few percent mining power.

It's possible, but then again why would you keep your coins on the same OS where you mine?

Is your card at default settings BIOS or was already modded to its best before trying this modded miner?

try with a simple hosts file edit in windows.
But i think nicehash protocol is not the same as 'default' stratum. Maybe im wrong.

Dev can you reupload miner please, your fee is ok, but it would be nice, if we can mine on other pools, except nicehash?
Thank you forward.

It's been running rock solid for a week+ on 5 different computers here. No problems whatsoever with the Rx 400/500 series on Windows 10.

why suddenly the developer doesnt want people use his miner and making it estrictly privated and propietary, it seems fishy

he always put a reasonable fee (3-1%)  but if the fee is disabled put a performance pernalty so eveyrone is fine with the fee (if its low)

Update: version 2.0 will be released today / tomorrow.

No more hardlocked to nicehash.com, working via stratum+tls protocol with any compatible pool.

Hello!

This is unexpected. I did not modify the kernels for this release. Which Fury do you have? I have access to Fury X and can double check. What speeds did you have in v1 and have in v2 now?

Usually, you have to wait about 5 minutes to get accurate speed measurements.

Thanks
