Seems to be that CoinMarkets is up and going again!  Smiley
People are having trouble logging in so there are a few problems to work out with it.

https://coinsmarkets.com/trade-BTC-ROI.htm

yes CM is working on their migration.

I would recommend NOT logging in if they do not have SSL running.

If you don't get the secure lock on your browser be very careful putting your login info in there...
Is it so bad? I would like to trade on this exchange, I hope for other, more interesting options.

Its not a bad exchange its a very good one. You can buy and sell here its just that the exchange is moving servers and it takes time for them to get all wallets synced and moved and working as well as the website its self working as it should.

When I see "-xxx ROI" marked red in the block explorer this is
the amount I put into deposit, correct ?

The amount "minus" vs "deposit" nearly correlate, so this
assumption jumps into mind - and what's logged in debug.log
for that hash points into same direction.

Hi,

After a lot of digging , combining work from wolf/optiminer and nicehash, I managed to find a working version,
please try the following for me,
warning: This is my first time compiling a mining tool for windows.

https://github.com/ghobson2013/hodlminer-wolf/releases/download/v2.4.4/hodlminer_AVX2_AES_win64.zip

Hi, your miner provides better hashrate than previous version.
Core i7-4785T - ~370h\s instead of ~300h\s
Xeon E5-2620v4 (dual cpu) - ~990h\s instead of 830 h\s
Core i5-8250U - ~466h\s instead of 371 h\s
Xeon E5-2430 (dual cpu) - Cant run, instead of 600 h\s
Core i7-3540M - Cant run, instead of 143 h\s

Looks like your miner cant work properly on my 2 last machines cause they CPUs are old and dont support AVX2.
Anyway thank you very much for your work!

P.S. Could you please disable these annoying messages "Time for GenRandomGarbage..." ? Are there any existing way to do it?

Did you find a miner that is able to run the Xeon E5-2430 (dual cpu)? I got two E5462 that i'd like to be able to run

Yes. I am using hodlminer optimized which you can find in the head of topic. File-name HODLMINER.EXE, file size 553472 bytes Smiley

Does anybody has an idea why all the hodl miners keep crashing on a Win7 machine of mine?
("hodlminer.exe wasnt able to start") (and only on this computer, someother works fine).

--edit--
Also I want to begin staking, but want my Wallet first to be moved on
an USB drive.
Can anybody help me with this?
I assume its not enough just to move the ROIcoin-qt_x64_v1120.exe on
to a flashdrive... where are the wallet files located?

The wallet file is in the appdata folder.

Type "%appdata% in to the search box and it will be in the Roicoin folder in there.

You dont need to do anything for staking - no need to keep wallet open or coins unlocked. Whatever coins you have in your wallet are already staking Smiley

1 - which hodlminer.exe there are many versions at this point, what CPU brand/model are you on ?
if your cpu supports AVX2 i suggest you try my version, https://github.com/ghobson2013/hodlminer-wolf/releases/download/v2.4.5/hodlminer_AVX2_AES_win64.zip

2 - first time you start ROIcoin-qt it asks you where you want to store the data, if you just press click
then the default is %appdata% , if you want to change it later , its stored in a registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ROIcoin\ROIcoin-Qt\strDataDir

I think I've tried every hodlminer I could find.
Atleast 3 different, the last one was yours.

On the machine I'm talking about theres no one of them who works.
On the other machine theres only Wolfs Hodlminer which works (yours wont work either).

Both of them has an i5 processor but different version and currently I cant remember what models they are.
Will take a look of that once im home again Smiley

Btw.
Is the Pool working correctly again?
I can see alot of people have their balances updated but mine still shows 0 after about 12 hours of mining.

It takes 360 blocks to confirm which is about 16 hours currently. It should show up at that time and pay out at >20ROI.

Well I dont know about most of you but I for one am making the most of the exchange being out of action. The lack of sale of coins is keeping that bit of nice hash off the pool and keeping the ROI comming in that bit faster Wink

But at the same time them who wish to buy are going to have to wait abit to buy there coins Cheesy

For a buyer its bad. For a miner who holds its a good time to be mining ROI.
