Cryptographic forms of money are a novel wonder for our general public, so you ought to be mentally prepared for the most unforeseen spots of destiny. High unsteadiness is one of the key highlights of the crypto advertise. You can get up early in the day and see that medium-term costs have changed to the point of being unrecognizable. Before entering the digital currency showcase, read books, articles and comprehend the essential ideas: how cryptographic forms of money showed up, what are their principle highlights and how the biological community functions.

Personally, I recommend that you first bookmark a lot of websites that release up to date news on crypto and definitely look into various projects. Make sure to ALWAYS read a whitepaper thoroughly before throwing money at anything. You'll soon see that crypto is really a never ending cycle of new information, I wake up, read and repeat lol. And never invest more than you can afford to lose. Good luck!

Hi guys,

Newbie here trying to set up a crypto profile. 1 month ago I had heard the name Bitcoin but didn't know what it was other than a digital currency and had not heard of any alt coins so bear with me  Undecided

I don't have a huge amount to invest, thus far i have 0.13 BTC and 2 ETH, 2.6k XRP AND 50 OMG. I want to keep adding to this and keep it for as long as needed, i  am not really interested in trading as i don't understand this space enough to do that.

Any ideas or thoughts? Should i move any of these around? Concentrate on adding to bitcoin? Add to XRP/OMG etc etc???

Also i have a ledger nano s en route to keep my coins.

cheers
Your choice is very correct. Especially by saving it in the Ledger Nano S. The coins that you hold are coins with a large capitalization value and are in the top 5. You should keep holding it like that because if you only hold on one coin, it will be very risky if the coin loses the price then you will also lose everything

study popular-money coins, their prospects. You can also study technical analysis and subsequently trade on the exchange

Don't be afraid to try learning and researching about this world gaining more knowledge. I see you have a high potential to have some high-priced a fair coin. Maybe you would think if it was such a gambling. If you hold you will get more profit if not you will lose a lot of profit.  Learn about the best way to protect your investments.

You are welcome on board friend. But my advice to you and every other newbie is to be patient enough for altcoins and don't come with the mind set of a get rich quick scheme. Cryptocurrency actually requires adequate patience and remain positive towards your Crypto path.
Thanks.

My advice to you is to continue researching on google and acquiring knowledge about trading, how to trade and how to work, and so on. I know it's not easy to learn, but with determination and long patience, you can learn how to play the game without losing your investment. Lips sealed Lips sealed

I am not an expert yet but somehow through experience I learn few lessons that needs to be keen about prior making decision. First do some research and be careful in doing trading especially transferring to your wallet because I lost money on that simply because I overlooked my wallet address. Do not aim for big profit immediately.  Be patient and take one step at a time.

The most useful advice I can give you is to learn and understand as much as you can about this digital currency. Whether you are into bitcoins or altcoins, make sure you understand what it is about before you buy bitcoins, altcoins or trading in it. There are a lot of scammers and hackers out there who will take advantage of you if you are not smart about it. Good luck!

The most important advice for newbie is about security. Be careful because there are a lot of phishing attempts. Secure your coins in wallets and be extra careful with your passwords and private keys.

And remember to do your own research when deciding in what to invest.

To all newbie I have a little advice for you, if you joined the campaign, don't be careless so that you cannot damage in bitcoin. You must be care so that you are good as a newbie.

If a new beginner joins bitcoin. they have to read a lot about how to get bitcoin and invest. they also have to look at the price chart of each coin they want to invest. before investing, you have to read a lot on forums and on trusted sites.

My best advice for you is to learn to do your own research of the projects! You just need to do your research carefully and don't trust ICO listing sites etc. because ratings can be bought. Careful research is very important to avoid scams and other low quality projects - don't trust anyone but your own research!

I have been recently following Stellar that is generally on the rise and the tokens issued on the Stellar platform - now there is a bump like in any cryptocurrency over the past few days, but generally Stellar is on the rise because of the prospective Coinbase listing and other advances. This will also boost tokens issued on the Stellar platform...

My most recent find among alts is AXU, "Argentas Exchange Unit" token issued on the Stellar platform and listed and verified on the Stellarport decentralized exchange, now only at its pre-distribution, or pre-ICO phase. A true hidden diamond, with low profile so far. Experienced people clearly, and cool tech for decentralizing and revolutionizing global banking - their website at argentas.io.

The pre-ICO price is 50% cheaper than the ICO price, a sure winner IMO, and I will certainly get some. They also have an ANN thread, I think here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4431900.0. I dug really deep in their content, and it is really cool stuff Grin But don’t forget your own research!

One advice for newbies, try not to rush into taking decisions.
Dont join a trend because everyone is joining.
Try to take your time and understand its purpose.

Understand what its about before you follow.
