Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Hi.

Is there any way of using chat to automatically withdraw from JD?

Invest all and divest all works, but withdraw shows an window and i must manually enter address and amount.

Thank you.
I dont think there is such feature, but maybe doog implements it, i like the tab personally tough.

Would someone be so kind as to guide me to a post that shows how/when the staking is applied to my investment(s) ?
Also is there a way to see how much I have gained from staking alone ? Thank you for the site. I have been slowly gaining.
Also, what is the yearly/monthly/weekly avg gain ?

You should definetly check FAQ. You can see your stats in the "stats" tab which i believe its right after the chat. Also, the stakes were previously shared in real time, now not sure if its the same but in only shows the stakes in chat every 3-4 minutes(2-4 stakes).

Congrats!  How much did you win, btw?

Is there a direct URL that explains what a clam is?, I seen it around but don't quite understand it?

It's definitely up for me.  Normally if there's downtime you'd seem some message from dooglus here about what he was doing.

Hey dooglus,

Any thoughts on introducing a new currency to gamble/invest with on the only crypto casino I trust? Cheesy I am thinking of ETH personally and it is evident from many posts on reddit that the demand is there. If I remember correctly the reason you removed bitcoin gambling was regulatory concerns in Canada, right?

ETH is probably the worst one. I'm not vested in ETH. I have no ETH. dooglus does not want the attention or legal issues surrounding Bitcoin in Canada. As well as holding less perceived value (exchange rate) as when it was BTC, he was holding millions of dollars worth.

If you have ETH, you can probably trade it for CLAMs. Or trade it for BTC to then trade it for CLAMs.

I don't see doge dice (another website he made) anymore, so I don't think he's going to make for any other coin.

And .... the news about the DAO. ETH would have been a bad idea for JD, not just for this recent news. It was a $150 million USD gamble.

Was meant to ask this long time ago, can anyone explain what's the actual difference from legal point of view between operating in CLAMs and operating in BTC/other altcoins?

IANAL, but bitcoin is more exposed to legal stuff than any other cryptocoin. dooglus is considered to be operating from within Canada, and they have some legal stuff about this there, FINTRAC or FINCEN, and the proximity to the United States which has a lot of legal stuff related to bitcoin.

When JD was using BTC, the cold wallet had north of 60k BTC.

Then JD stopped. Due to something about some law or some talk with the Canadian senate, blah blah.

Then JD restarted with CLAMs, the cold wallet is nowhere near the value of when it was in BTC, maybe because some BTC holders don't want to convert to CLAMs.

So technically, there is no difference. Legally, CLAM is just much smaller fish than BTC.

Yes, it was working. It just suddenly stopped when I was in chat.  Thought it was just me.

Edit: Dice bot doesn't connect either.  Browser says the problem is a redirect loop.
