24 and 2*3 were withdrawn

First 3 balances correspond to half the coins still unwithdrawn, not surprised some don't check JD often or don't follow Bitcoin news daily or even weekly to be honest

Some are waiting for their F2A to be unlock and you will end up using the emergency addresses
