I'm in the Philippines. So long as you block citizens of this country, you can operate here. The standard license fees are about $40,000 USD for the first year.

Seems like an interesting location so as long as JD blocks Philippines user use a full license could be acquired for 40K Doesn't seem like a bad deal anyways not a bad location of operation in my opinion.

Cool. That's good to know. I have visited the Philippines and it's pretty nice, once you get past Manila (which has a lot of casinos). $40k USD does not seem like a lot of money for somebody like dooglas with a good reputation and lots of eager backers. Dooglas are you reading this? ;-) But I thought I heard (maybe it was for real estate) that you had to have a 51% Filipino partner in all business deals if you are a foreigner?

I already made the offer to dooglus. He's not saying anything. I take it, he's either thinking about it long and hard, or he's not interested, or he's talking to someone else. The Russians have no qualms running illegal sites. (plus I know all the places to get hookers and blow, if he's into that kind of thing.)

That would immediately destroy my picture of him running a family-style casino. I always imagined him running the Casino while staying in bed with his wife or having a nice Brunch in the kitchen.

I don't think he's married (IIRC Deb was girlfriend) but that is funny about what he was doing while running Just-Dice. From my recollections from chat he often referred to chopping wood, building rabbit cages, and making bonfires! I think there was also something, maybe even a Kyle "painting", about him in the bathtub! ) In short, it was a great site that he operated with honor and integrity and I wish he would bring it back but so far he seems quite reticent. Good Luck!

RipDice looks extremely sketchy. I would not recommend playing there at this point. PRCdice have been around much longer so is a better option. Although I don't think PD is "fixed" btw :p
Basically I would recommend to never play on new sites and especially not new sites that have that fake PD2 design (like "ripdice".)

The official site is PRCDice.eu No telling what PRCDice.com will end up linking to in the future prcdice shows almost a 1000BTC won by investors (less commissions) but all could go away, it is a very risky investment

It's not "guys". It's just "guy". One guy that quit while he was ahead, which is the only action in this game with +EV outcome on a long enough time scale.

Don't leave out his wife. If I know women (and I have a girlfriend) it's that they are very supportive but also very concerned about money. I bet dooglas' wife is pushing him to open another site. Dooglas is being his cautious self. I did send him an unsolicited PM on which country to be careful in. I bet Dooglas does not quit while he's ahead, and we'll be seeing him in Act II sometime in the future. Whether that bodes well for him or not we'll see! I hope it does...
