In your case I think you need to do one more thing.  Your CPK is still in the chain from June 3rd 2019, so your CPID does not have all of the info we need.

Try this:

exec associate wcg_user wcg_verify_code true

Then wait a few blocks, and type exec rac.

You need to see that 'exec rac' shows your RAC.

Rob, has the payout for POOM changed? The payment stopped on Christmas. I think I got that worked out, but the payment also seems to have dropped in half? Owed was closer to 120k-150k BBP, but now it shows as owed 68k BBP? That won't cover the obligation for the orphan sponsorships at all.

I think the 'PART D: Get BiblePay Coins' section can use an update. If you want to use the faucet on http://pool.biblepay.org/, you need the following requirements:

As a newcomer without prior knowledge, at this point in the guide, you wouldn't know what all this means I guess. But there are other faucets. Both SouthXchange and Graviex have a BBP faucet, right?

In the section 'PART F: Link World Community Grid Account to your BiblePay Wallet'.
Point 1: maybe clarify that people need to insert the CPK stuff in the debug console?
Also: your wallet needs to be unlocked, or you'll get an 'Error 837' code. Maybe also clarify this? (Same goes for point F4).

I've upgraded my sanctuaries to the latest wallet version (1.4.8.4.) and cleaned them as per Togo's guide. Everything seems to be working fine, but I can't seem to vote.

Im sure you knew we were going to 60% PODC and a broken out distribution ratio for poom and kairos per our testnet discussions for the economic changes here:

The goal is not to ensure the payment in bbp covers your obligations.  The goal is for POOM to partially pay you back for sponsoring orphans.
Im sponsoring these orphans out of love, not for the mining rewards.  I sponsored more than my revenue amount to keep them from being dropped in this last round.

I hope you did not take on too many children that you really did not intend to sponsor in the last round.
Obviously with our low price, we are not going to be able to recoup the actual expenses.  It might be better if you pay Cameroon with your paypal and look at BiblePay as a stipend for hopeful growth later.

Regarding the question of what did I do to enable Cameroon-one, nothing.  We are mostly decentralized (yes I know we have some things we still need to improve, like fully decentralizing orphans).  But I explained it takes 3 confirms for your join command to be seen by the other nodes.  I didnt do anything.
