dam 51% ? - usually hangs around with the massive DDos .

sorry guys .  Huh

if so rewind the block chain , and it was only listed on Cryptsy so , win win !

nasty business this Cryptocurrency, nasty indeed.

BOT would not be the focus of a 51% attack. There is little to no profit in it. If there was one they would be attacking pools not exchanges. I wonder what the motive is here

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

well if BOTCAP was 51% attacked , then i'd say it was at least A focus , hence that it was 51% attacked , so it wouldn't be fair to say it wasn't attacked if it actually was attacked.

that's assuming it was of course , however - i was just putting 1 + 1 together after the quote about the Blockchain - if it turns out there was no 51% attack then all is well with he world**

I'd call that a landslide Victory for CAP.

Kevin Rudd could have dreamed about that .

I think the forum has spoken,  and as this is the only forum that counts , you have a rather "difficult" political situation.

1. Change the Symbol

or

2. Abandon the Currency and let someone else release it.

as 81% of the support goes to CAP.

I'd rather you change it, as i said its my gift. if this is done i will buy/mine some on the fact that it will go into my "possibles" list of viable currencies.

{its a small list based on what ive seen,  trust me.}

I agree that BOT could be its own less viable currency .

Good move John , this is now an interesting currency , feel free to take my forum picture , it has nothing that breaches copyright .

Also the names this will be called :

- bottlecaps

- digital cap currency

- Caps

- Cap currency

Let me help you out here , have multiple names , let the community decide , have no offical name, this liquidity will insure no one is breaching any copyright , the name will be Caps ,  of course , everyone knows that.

Announcement: Silverwolf's BOT Pool has launched!

http://swmining.mine.nu/bot

This is a BottleCaps Pool.

Features :
* VARDIFF Support (Experimental)
* PoW Scrypt with PoS Support (Experimental)
* PPLNS payout system
* Dynamic PPLNS lastNshares calculation for correct payouts!
* PPLNS Status Display for 100% transparency (Very Cool!). You can see exactly where every coin goes.
* Stratum support.
* Support Ticket System for easy reporting of issues
* 1% Fee
* Detailed Stats
* Auto or Manual (Instant) Payout

To Connect :
1. Register an account then login & setup your workers.

2. Connect your miners as follows :

url = http://swmining.mine.nu
port = 3336 (Stratum)
username = username.workername
password = workerpassword

3. Start Mining !

PLEASE NOTE: This pool has VARDIFF Support. This means that your share difficulty will automatically be matched to your hashrate!

This provides lower overall stales and better performance. When your miner first connects it will be started at the lowest possible difficulty of 5. Every 30 seconds the difficulty will be adjusted to better match your hash rate. After a few minutes it will stabilize at the optimal value for you.
