What do you think?Motivate is really motives our mind.Another thing, when you’re inspiring people, you’re not telling them exactly what to do or giving them precise directions. You’re empowering them to be their best, trusting that they will then do the right thing. And the right thing they do may not be what you were expecting; it may be something beyond your wildest expectations.

Something our explanation or direction to others to be better at doing the job is not easy.
Because the way a person's mind is different, what we want is not necessarily others want it.
If I become a motivator I will only allow them to do what can make them comfortable, provided that all work must be done

Good compensation package with good benefits (government mandated and/or fringe benefits) for employees, travel perks, incentives, bonuses, good environment at work, good manager and/or supervisor are some of the considerations that can motivate a person to work.

There are people that always think in negativity. Even you do all things just for them, even you sacrifices everything including your own life, and what things so ever you do just for them, all is for them at the end they will interpret it bad. What the problem on that? People will not appreciate your hard work and effort until such time they will in the very place of yours. Do encouraging even they won't not listen. Do good even they won't not accept it good. Do better even they are bitter. Motivation is not easy, it requires a full courageous heart to act.

This whole thing of insulting people to motivate them... that does not work for me.

If you have a personal goal, all things can be possible.  If you reach your goal, it could have a next goal to your life.  All person that success was they have a goal, a goal that they do work hard to hold.  A life can be nothing without a goal like a ball in the soccer that you need to goal. The ball was your work and the goal was your dream, so you are the only one who control to the ball if you need to score it or not.  It can also helped you by your team mates or friends to achieve what your dream are.

I motivate the person , using the word of God, I say you are not alone , God is here for you ,for us, he never leaves us , if you have a problem he is with you, if you are down, weak he gives in you the strength because he loves us. And therefore  they afford you more so you.

That's right sir, this is one of the strategies of every company, to motivate their employees, not just only in the verbal but in the incentives like high salaries and promotion.

Motivating a person to work is one of the best ways to help people in working. To motivate, is not to dictate someone what exactly he/she needs to do but rather convincing them that they can be and they can do what they need to do. It is like, you don't give them the fish, instead, you are teaching them how to fish. You do not choose for them, you push them to choose for themselves. To motivate someone to work is to be a good example. To be a good example is not for them to do exactly the same but for them to be their own. Moreover, for you to be able to motivate someone, one must know that the one who motivates must be first motivated enough for thwm to influence that virtue. You cannot give what you don't have. And if you have that, you must know how to give that. Hence, to motivate someone is to empower them to be their very best to work onto something big and great.

Motivation is dependent on the person you are dealing with. This is why in management, one has to get to know his or her workers and know what motivates each of them in order tof get the maximum contribution from them.

Raise the salary of your employees and they will work harder. This is a proven fact and it never fails. Give them incentives, appraisals and appreciations.

Being not too bossy at work and being friendly and approachable would help motivating employees. Acknowledgement also motivates workers to work harder and do their best at work. A healthy working environment is a happy work place, people would work effectively if the management or the work it self is not stressful.

To motivate person to work you should just make decent salary and good work conditions for everybody you need to motivate. This would be enough.
