What do you think?Motivate is really motives our mind.Another thing, when you’re inspiring people, you’re not telling them exactly what to do or giving them precise directions. You’re empowering them to be their best, trusting that they will then do the right thing. And the right thing they do may not be what you were expecting; it may be something beyond your wildest expectations.

Believe me, money always the motivation for a person to work hard. So their problem now is salary too low  Grin

To motivate a person to work better is one of the key skills any entrepreneur should have. Most important is the promotion of psychology. Praise all the positive changes and initiatives of the individual as well as the group. But some people just feel comfortable getting their own compliments. However, try to praise them in front of people, you will feel the real power of praise. No one would want to hear others criticize that they have done wrong. This is one of the quickest ways to defeat the spirit of others, while you do not want to do so especially in the tough times of the company. Try indirect approaches to help people revise, learn from their mistakes. Celebrate the party when the company gets high sales. It is a time when you need to thank all employees who have worked hard. Let people see what you will do for them if they help the company succeed.

i think one of the ways of motivating a person is to correct them when they go wrong and acknowledge them for their little effort.

People are more motivated to do anything if they are doing what they love or passion.

In order to motivate one to do something give them incentives or for example targets every week, month etc. And be paid only for the reached targets and goals.

If you're the employer, I think the best way to motivate your employee is to empathize. Know what they're going through, how they feel towards the job, and give rewards if needed. Also, I think it will lead to the kind of leader you are and style in leading. Check the performance rating. OTH, if you're the employee who feels demotivated to work, I think you have to reevaluate the reason why you started the job and decide if you're still happy doing that. It's also about the mindsets that we have towards our work.

Amazon just raised the minimum wage to 15 USD per hour. Increasing wage might be the one of the options but there are many other things one can do.

If you want to motivate some person for work, you must give examples of those people who worked hard to earn money and are not dependable on others to survive.
Keep on motivating them.
Surely one day they will start working.

When he/she works hard, you should give him/her a certain reward as a way to motivate. When he/she starts to relax, I think that he/she can be motivated by language communication!
