......with incentives
No that sounds Bribery and that wont Help a Worker to progress in good faith because they will always look for specific amount before they will do their Bests .

I have been an employee for many years and believe me , Incentives only pushes us to look for more and more before giving our best.

Give certain rewards to stimulate internal competition among employees. I am currently stimulated employees.
So this will be a competition to earn more? lol that is not work but a Game show.

Yes, the power of inspiration (motivation) is very great. Just motivation alone can do incredible things. And you yourself do not expect from yourself what you can really do. Look for motivation yourself in everything that surrounds you (films, someone's words, some situations, etc.) and believe in other people next to you, your sincere support will help them reach great heights!

Only struggle can move forward, struggle can produce results, and be close to your dreams. Dreams are what you expect. No one can do this for you. Grin

It is nothing more than material and spiritual rewards. The key is to understand the person's values. Values determine the person's value orientation, that is, what kind of reward is more valuable in his mind, so that he will have a greater sense of accomplishment after completion.

You need to dream and then need to work towards it. Because once you get passionate about it then you will ensure that you achieve your goals. As it is said that dreams are those which does not allow you to sleep till the time you achieve it of what you have dreamt of.

For some people struggle is a good motivation, they are looking for the hard way and take the reward with both hands. In most o would say that money is the main motivation for work. Once we are in difficult times like we are right now, people start to value materialistic things much more. Without money we are lost in this world. After money I would say that having the feeling of being needed is important too.

Mark Manson said in The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A F*** that motivation breeds work but that it also works in reverse, forcing yourself to work can actually make you more motivated.

Only discipline is better than motivation. Otherwise, you can look at pictures, read success stories, set yourself goals

It's different. A person that works without motivation, despite being disciplined, he'll only show constant workforce as he work.

While a motivated person, he can do more than the usual workforce that he does as he works.

In my opinion, first of all, a person should have a purpose other than money. Secondly, the working conditions

No one should refuse a higher salary. Getting more money and rewards would be the best and most excellent method of motivation. It is impossible for a person to live entirely on the spirit.

Find what motivates the person. usually its somehing they like ( money , vacations or maybe encouragement) when you find what motivates that person you give him a goal and when he achieves it you reward him with the thing he likes , maybe a money bonus, a vacation for a week or maybe something completely different from what i said.
