Look at Explorer - in average every 120 sec block appears. From 182729 to 182738 10 blocks during 20 min.

Having an issue with my wallet needing to sync the entire blockchain every time i open it. Says "Error Loading Block Database" .Thoughts? I have several other wallets installed and this is the only one I've experienced this with.
v4.0.0.0-996bada-dirty downloaded as the only Windows option from your site.

People are not reading even just the last couple pages.
The issues with need to resync the blockchain after you close and reopen are being worked on. It's a common problem with the beta wallet we're on right now.
Keep the wallet locked and it tends to not happen IME. Since staking isn't active yet you don't need to keep it unlocked anyway.

Keeping wallet locked does seem to eliminate the need to reload the block db at startup.

Thanks for the response...Another noob question, if I want to move my wallet to another computer I simply install it on the new PC and then overwrite the newly created Wallet.dat with the one from my working wallet, correct? And this will keep all my info including my receive address?
Thanks

Fee is fixed for withdrawal on any coin (but amount depends on the actual coin) on Cryptopia as far as I know. The only issue is that they are a bit slow these days from what people report. Probably because of the big influx of people that are joining the crypto seas.

Cryptopia's withdrawal fee for Lux is 0.01, that's like $0.14. What kind of tips are you looking for when we're talking about 14 cents fee here?

Staking was disabled while we performed a protocol upgrade. It was initially planned to restart at block 180000 but it is currently postponed. Details here: https://luxcore.io/pdf/Community_Update_12-02-2018.pdf

I apologize, getting LUX from Cryptopia as BTC or LTC or ETH...Looks like you can sell to BTC very cheap but from my test you get bent over xfering it out.

If your wanting to buy LUX and move it to a wallet just pay the .01 LUX and be done with it. If your trading LUX for a different coin and want it off the exchange or sell out for fiat people usually use LTC or Doge Coin as they are affordable and faster than BTC. Remember, you can experience market slippage waiting for coins to transfer meaning they may increase/decrease in value waiting for confirmations. Especially frustrating when cryptopia takes days to confirm your deposits and sometimes withdrawals. You'd better have some serious volume to make BTC a viable withdraw option as the withdraw fees can be exceedingly high.

Can someone help me with explaining how I can mine this coin with windows? Or is this not possible yet?
Yes, there are miners that run on Windows. The first post in the thread contains some links to mining software, but I'd recommend reading through the last ten pages or so of this thread.
