Lupanar, sorry to keep bothering you. I had some wallet issues with blocks getting stuck and then I reinstalled the wallet a few times and it finally started working again and I'm still not able to get any stake rewards. I have this wallet version: v4.2.0.0-2a869e1-dirty

Do I need to change anything? It's been saying staking is active for the last 5 days or so with blocks increasing normally but no rewards. Before February I was getting them every day or two.

No need to do anything, just keep your wallet opened and unlocked for staking.
About estimate time of get staking reward keep in mind that due to net stabilizing process number of POS blocks per day is quite low, now it about 15-20% https://chainz.cryptoid.info/lux/extraction.dws?0.htm, compare with about 50% that was before POS was disabled, plus now a lot of people staking that increasing POS diff substantially. So approx staking numbers now stake (0.6 lux) per day from 1500 coins in wallet, also need to consider simple luck that can stretch this estimates for more longer period.

If I recall correctly, it should get back to where it was (50%) once people switch to the new wallet...is that correct? Or will it never get back there?

4 LUX, that's something like 1 LUX per year when staking, so you shouldn't expect to make a fortune

Yes, this is the goal, and big matter has completely shift of all the net to latest 4.2 version.

I suppose it depends where you mine and the GPU settings.
I am running 4 1080ti's & get an average 33MH/s per card. Avg 132 MH/s total.

I mine about 1.4 LUX a day.
Would be nice if the price can go up to $50 again

And where do you mine it? I get 1.4 LUX with 6 1080ti's (38 mhs per card = 228 mhs) on antminer pool which is very bad.

Cryptopia will kill your coin, they have a lot of problems with wallets, and the only place to Buy/Sell is Cryptopia, even if they resolve their problems, they will have a lot of problems because A LOT of people will leave Cryptopia, including me

Do your best to include in another exchanges ASAP, because Cryptopia can kill the interest in LUX, I'm already tired of mining LUX and not able to sell or at least buy some units to make a node

Anyway I had trouble with installing the new wallet but I followed the steps provided by the folks @ Discord and it went flawless. Basically all I had to do was clean the roaming\lux folder, download the blockchain zip file provided on Discord, run Lux and it sync'ed in less than one minute.

Hey All,

I'm currently mining LUXcoin with 6 X 1080Ti's SC2.  What would be the best --intensity I should set it on?  I think the default is 20 and I believe with ccminer I can go up to 26.

P.S.  on default which I think is 20 my rig stays around 69-70C

My wallet keeps crashing on Windows, and now I got a  "wallet.dat corrupt, salvage failed" message.
I tried to copy and past a few backups I have, and started the wallet again, but the message keeps showing, or the wallet starts with new addresses and none of my coins.
How can I proceed, please?
