In my point of view, I think that the price is high because of the everyone is bitcoin for quick profit and no one is buying bitcoin for its use purpose. Which makes BTC low supply and high demand.

Because of the law of supply and demand. Bitcoin's price was high in demand these past weeks causing it to pump. However, it dumped a few dollars maybe because of too much supply.

Bitcoin is the first choice of everyone. Every new person who wants to enter in this digital or crypto currency world, first they hear about Bitcoin from market or from friend.
And when they come in this industry first they deals with Bitcoin because it is the base of all crypto currencies. And if you want to buy some other coin, you buy bitcoin first.
People have trust on Bitcoin because it is a legend with 8-9 years experience of up & downs. And you can not imagine crypto world without Bitcoin.
There are many places in world, where you can buy goods by Bitcoin.
It has very limited supply of 21 million coins and from them only around 17 million available in market.
So due to low supply and high demand the price of Bitcoin is very high.
